The service was really poor. The bedroom was dirty.
Pros:

Breakfast was packet grits- nothing fresh.

We waited an hour and a half to get in. The WiFi didn’t work and there were hairs in my bed.

Only one night but right be everything

Cons:

Elevators we were stuck for 5 mins and when we brought it up the young guy at dear kind of smiled. Next morning we talked to a female and she said sorry and told us there is a weight limit and with luggage and bodies could have caused it

QUE NADIE SE ALOJE EN ESTE HOTEL.

Cercanía al puerto de cruceros. Por eso reservé ese alojamiento.

Horrible. El chico joven del checking aún sabiendo que no entendíamos bien el inglés, no mostró ningún interés en que nos entendiésemos. Al subir a la habitación, el olor a tabaco era náuseabundo. La limpieza era inexistente. Desde que llegamos hasta que marchamos hubo una escobilla de baño en el pasillo.El calzado se quedaba pegado en el suelo. El color de las sábanas y olor era horroroso. El ascensor no funcionaba, tuvimos que subir por las escaleras. Se escuchaba el ruido de otras habitaciones. Que tengáis en cuenta que al alojaros en este hotel, vuestros vecinos de habitaciones, mucho de ellos son gente con muy malas pintas. El desayuno sólo había café, sobres de avena y naranjas.

Super Clean

Cons:

They don't respond to calls or emails. I forgot my retainers and called almost all their facilities in Florida. Terrible experience!

For one night stay this place is ok but they shouldn’t advertise that they have breakfast!
Pros:

Location is good but they need to advertise the correct address on the website while booking so that it’s easier to get to the place

Cons:

There was no breakfast since all they had was sugary yogurt and cereal with banana and apple.
This is not real breakfast since not all of us are on a diet!

It was ok.
Pros:

I liked the location. The staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

There was no toilet paper in my room only tissue paper. There was no phone in the room. The "breakfast" was very basic. The hallway floors were dirty and looked liked they needed to be vacuumed.

Bedbugs
Pros:

We came home with some hitchhikers in our luggage back to British Colimbia and did not know that we had bedbugs until they were fully established in our bedroom… We are currently waiting for the three weeks to end since having our bedroom sprayed and we have not used our room since. We were there for three nights… It’s the only hotel that we stayed in
