Crystal is absolutely amazing at the front desk! She made my stay with my kids so much more memorable. They allowed us to leave our bags at the front desk after we checked out so we could explore the area before heading to the airport. The only downside was the elevator was not working when we left so had to carry our luggage down 3 flights of stairs. But other than that the stay was perfect! Thank you again Crystal you were amazing 💜

You get what you pay for.

Only thing went well they offered to hold our luggage behind the check-in counter. the closeness to the Port.

I went to check in, the place smell horrible everyone was just sitting at the front desk, the lady did greet us Understood we couldn't do early check in, they did offer to hold our bags however there is no holding space only behind the check-in counter. we went to get coffee came back, there was no place to even sit and wait. A family came down and ask them didn't you hear us ringing the elevator bell we were stuck for 15mins. the answer was we didn't hear anything. that was the last straw, I told the person that we will not stay there.

Not a good experience at all. The staff was pleasant but the property was sub par!

The room floor was utterly disgusting!!!!
Thank god I had slippers on my feet because by the time I left the next day they were black!
You could see the dirt from the floor being rubbed off on the bathroom floor mat.
The floor near one of the beds was slippery like grease had spilled on it.

I never did get even warm water in the shower or the sink. I let the shower run for 20 minutes and it was still cold.

Empleados discriminan con los latinos. Antes de llegar llamé para verificar algo y la mujer que me atendio me trato bien porque hablo español y poco ingles. Volvi a llamar para hablar con un gerente y me engancho. Tuve que pedirle a una amiga que llamara y la atendio de lo mas bien.

Musky blood stained sheets.
Pros:

Stains on sheets (including blood). Stains on towels. Rooms smell Musky. Sheets and pillow cases smell horrible. Mold on ceiling. Addicts in area and at the hotel. Elevator, don’t use. Obviously has not been maintained. This place is not a place for even a 1 night stay. Disaster.

It was close to where we needed to be

Cons:

Bad smells, the elevator stopped several times on us, the shower had no pressure and did not drain after a shower, the toilet didn’t flush all the time, hardly anything offered for a continental breakfast that looked fresh.
