Close to the Port
Pros:

Close to the port, room was very clean, lots of restaurants nearby.

Cons:

While I understand mistakes happen, we did have one very uncomfortable situation. We were sound asleep, and around midnight we were awoken by what sounded like multiple women at our door trying to get in. We assumed they were at the wrong door and just didn't realize it. All of the sudden our door actually opened, thank God we had the emergency bar on, so it slammed to that and then stopped. I yelled they had the wrong room from my bed and they left. The hotel offered us 10% off our next visit as we checked out the next morning.

Not the best, not the worst. Yasmin was the star!
Pros:

The young lady who checked me in, Yasmin, was a delight. She was able to get me checked in quickly and made sure I knew where everything was before I headed up to my room.

Cons:

The room was adequate. The shower was broken but usable. The holder for the toilet paper was not mounted on the wall when I arrived so maintenance had to come repair it, but they didn’t even check the shower. I also wasn’t impressed that there were no towels in the room and I had to go to the front desk to get them.

The location was good. The employee was nice.

Cons:

Horrible facility. The elevator was broken. We had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with our luggage.

Cons:

Room was dirty. I selected the room as I need a recliner to sleep in and that is what was pictured. No recliner avail. Barely Breakfast was horrible. No coffee. Very dirty. Hotel is housing homeless people. There was the smell of weed everywhere. Prostitues in foyer. We were stuck in elevator. Water damaged walls and floors in room. Place was disgusting.

Pros:

The location was great! The staff we dealt with for our reservation was full of life, very easy to talk to and she gave us good pointers on where to find certain stores....

The property was run down, the rooms are outdated and in desperate need of a DEEP CLEAN. We didn’t feel safe. The whole experience felt uncomfortable and dirty.

I will never stay here again…. Absolutely disgusting!
Pros:

The staff was great… Crystal was wonderful!

Cons:

It was dirty, people lived there more motel. The bathroom was soooo dirty. Around the faucet wasn’t cleaned nor the tub. Had to clean the BR before giving my kids a shower. The trash room was disgusting. Had people idling in hallways, big men standing and eating in hallways, throwing trash on the floor. No housekeeping. Carpets were moldy. Ugh! I could go on.
