Not enough good things to say, top notch!
Pros:

All around incredible experience!
Beautiful spotless hotel, best Espresso Martinis I’ve ever had in a beautiful lakeside setting
Staff everywhere just top notch❤️
Then, it got better. I tried the She Crab Soup from the Calypso restaurant
I’ve eaten She Crab Soup all over the US, but this one? Solid number 2 on my list.
I live an hour and a half away, if ever get remotely close? I’m back

Wonderful Hotel and Location
Pros:

This hotel was exceptional !! Highly recommend staying here for anyone needing lodging in the villages. Checked in late and the girl at the from desk so so kind. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable after a long day of travel.. Very quiet and has a coffee maker and microwave… Bathroom is very spacious and the special touch with the make up towel was perfect.. Enjoyed my shirt stay!!!

Recommend this gem of a hotel!
Pros:

Perfect location for visiting my Dad who lives in The Villages. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, beds were comfortable, room was quiet and the pool was lovely!

Cons:

The room was a little dark and the air con was a little loud, but neither deterred from my overall enjoyment of the stay.

We enjoyed our stay the rooms were absolutely beautiful and nice and clean and well put together

Location was terrific

Cons:

The back looks as though it needs to be pressure cleaned the walls the chairs the mosquitoes were just all over dead and it looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in months.
I think the staff needs to take a course and how to influence friends and when people they’re not friendly except for one gal, I think her name was Megan. She was in exceptiona employee on Saturday morning, but other than that and the bartender has a horrible attitude tried to even have conversation and she just was not up for it I guess.

This hotel helped make my vacation better than expected.
Pros:

This hotel was the most comfortable and relaxing. It was super clean and the staff was professional,courteous,and made the experience more enjoyable. I have never stayed at a hotel that was this clean. I have already recommended this hotel to friends and family. I will return and use this hotel again.

It was our second time we ran away for a quiet weekend there, but I don't think we would do it again

Cons:

balcony was so dirty and full of bugs all over the walls, that we didn't sit outside. The floor in our bathroom, behind the door was filthy. The t.v. remote was sticky and dirty, and we were not able to set the correct time on the clock .

YOU NEED TO POWER WASH THE FRONT WALK!!! Walking up to that beautiful building was a filthy entrance from the driveway to the front door. It shows it's wear and looks like it's been forever since it was cleaned and welcoming...
