Pros:

Великолепно все! Отличный завтрак и ужин. Возят шатл Мердесед к подъемнику каждые 15 минут и в центр Межева.
Считаю, что это выгодное расположение отеля в горах в 5ти минутах от центра, что позволяет насладиться уединенной атмосферой.
Там так понравился ресторан отеля, что мы предпочитали ужинать в отеле, а не в центре города.

Pros:

The most beautiful hotel, with stunning interiors and truly breathtaking views across Megève. We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade, and it was such a pleasure to return to our lovely room after a busy day on the slopes.

The pool and spa facilities were immaculate and felt wonderfully luxurious - the perfect place to unwind. We especially loved the daily high tea, both for its exceptional quality and the spectacular views, which made it feel like a real treat each afternoon.

The shuttle service to the ski lifts and into town was fantastic - an unexpected bonus that made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Most of all, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our visit. We can’t thank you enough for making our stay so special.

Hotel bom mas fraco em preço / qualidade.
Pros:

O Lobby do Hotel e a parte exterior são muito confortáveis.
O local de pequeno almoço é bonito (apesar de caro) e o fato de oferecem um lanche um toque simpático.

Cons:

Ficamos num quarto que não tinha luz natural até que pedimos que nos mudassem de quarto.
Não entendi que a maior parte dos colaboradores eram simpáticos e um dos motoristas das navettes era manifestamente antipático.

Comfortable and spacious rooms

Cons:

Our experience at the Jean restaurant (staff and food) was terrible. Almost everything that could have gone wrong went wrong (slow service, food not cooked to order, starter and mains brought at same time after waiting 45 mins for anything to arrive!!). Hotel itself is comfy and concierge staff were very helpful and nice.

Un séjour exceptionnel, un service irréprochable et une expérience inoubliable dans un cadre magnifique.
Pros:

Tout était absolument parfait du début à la fin.
L’accueil a été chaleureux, professionnel et d’une grande élégance. Nous avons eu la belle surprise d’être surclassées en suite, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus exceptionnel. Le service était irréprochable, mention spéciale aux voituriers et au personnel, toujours attentifs, disponibles et d’une grande gentillesse. L’établissement a également fait preuve d’une grande compréhension et d’un professionnalisme remarquable, ce qui a été très appréciable.
La vue sur les montagnes, le calme, le confort de la suite, l’atmosphère chaleureuse et raffinée… absolument tout était réuni pour un moment magique entre sœurs.

Cons:

Rien du tout.
Honnêtement, il n’y a aucun point négatif à relever.
C’était un séjour parfait !

Un parfait moment de détente
Pros:

Le service de navette allant de l'hôtel aux pistes est absolument parfait. Le personnel est extrêmement attentionné et diligent. La chambre est très propre et parfaitement insonorisée. Le service de bagagerie et de voiturier rend l'expérience encore plus agréable.

Pros:

The lobby was beautiful, and the kids’ club was excellent.
Most of the drivers were very friendly and helpful, especially the Moroccan driver.
The breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent, and the breakfast view was amazing.

Cons:

What I didn’t like about the hotel was our room (407). It was a corner room, so the space was very limited, especially around the dining table, which we couldn’t use due to the lack of space. The view was not good at all.
The bedroom was small and difficult to move around in because of the low ceiling. The bathroom was very uncomfortable, especially for families with children.
Also, during our first two days, the elevator was not working, so we had to use the stairs with a stroller, which was a nightmare.

Wonderful magical stay over Christmas
Pros:

The staff were great, very attentive. I love the touch of calling me before hand to ask any requests I had to make it special, which I was requested a Christmas tree. Having Santa appear at breakfast and knowing my kids name was very special. The restaurant was nice and cosy, again they were very attentive to myself and my child. Kids club being drop off was amazing

Cons:

High tea could have more savoury items - but really this was minor point
