Nice resort

Ketut the driver is amazing! The breakfast that they serve daily is amazing. They have vegetarian options that rotate daily based on international cuisine. they offer a shuttle that goes into Uber center that is very convenient. There is also security right before you enter the resort so you feel very safe. It is very easy to contact them for any needs or accommodations via WhatsApp.

Staff services are great. Location wise is slightly further out, but ok. Property condition is quite old. The photos don’t really represent the condition of the property

Adjoining rooms were excellent. Need hooks inside and outside of shower stall to hang clean or dirty clothes when taking shower. If 2 ladies sharing a room, need extra wall mirror, one mirror by the sink is not sufficient and mirror area not well lighted. Also window view shows a unkept patch of grass. Put different kinds of tall vegetation and some flowers will beautify the view. Thank you.

Highly Recommended for Convenience and Relaxation
This resort is a fantastic choice! The daily shuttle to Ubud was a major plus, and the friendly drivers were a great source of local tips. The spa services were also wonderful and provided a much-needed dose of relaxation. Excellent facilities and service made for a truly enjoyable stay.

Fantastic stay in this amazing hotel, the room was huge and all the staff were very helpful. The premises also had strict security which was great.

Beautiful rooms. Amazing service. Tranquil ambiance just amazing. Massages are stunning anf hoghly recommend. Being in the tropics there are insects but harmless

Me and my partner stayed in the standard rooms (9xx), instead of a villa.

Mosquitos issue

Overall we are giving a 3* rating primarily due to the mosquito issue that we experienced. Each day we woke up with fresh bites. The staff offered us a mosquito killer spray which we then used, but regardless there were always more mosquitos and this wasted a lot of time everyday and made the stay really uncomfortable. Other reviews aren't mentioning this so possibly our room had an issue. We always left doors and windows closed so maybe they got in during room service. One bite got infected with cellulitis and needed a doctor visit and antibiotics. The staff pointed us to an on call doctor who was available at midnight and charged £85 (for on call visit, oral and topical antiobiotics, cleaning kit).

Possible areas of improvement:
- install small dining table setup to eat or work when needed in the room.
- shower needs extra shelf to store additional items, existing shelf is too small.
- install pool table or table tennis table to pass time at resort.
- more wardrobe storage space.

Things we liked:
- Friendly staff eager to help, eg let us use kitchen microwave to heat leftovers once
- Big bed, reliable WiFi, decent size TV, good water pressure, toilet bidet, powerful AC, spacious room, swing, views.

Pool villas were amazing. Stunningly clean. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The only let down was the food. We were there for 4 nights, not one single breakfast or dinner was served hot also portion sizes were small.

I absolutely loved this hotel! My only regret is that I didn’t book a longer stay. The staff was warm & welcoming. They had amazing customer service. The room was spacious & gorgeous. I ordered room service after a long day of travel & it was delivered promptly. The breakfast in the morning was amazing & had a lot of good options. 10/10 overall :)

Very beautiful and peaceful setting. Amazing staff. Pools both great. Free shuttle to Ubud and back was def needed but does take 30/40 mins.

A very nice property however a few issues: a rat/mouse in my villas. Was dealt with quickly but still an issue. Needs a bit of a make over or refurb - things are out of date.

Also quite far from UBUD. Looks like a 7-10 min taxi journey but due to traffic it can be 40-50 minutes; so quite isolated.

Quiet location good for a few days to relax - Balinese massage was fantastic staff eager to please
