Friendly staff and well organised. Sense of a good attitude from the hotel staff.
Not much to be honest.
The hotel is great, cozy, and clean. The staff is polite and ready to help
The hotel is located not far from a railway and you can hear and feel, though not significantly, when a train is passing by
Good location. Reasonable priced for a city location. Lovely ambience
Good and good
A fork with food remains on it was off-putting
At breakfast.
Lovely 2 day stay, very clean and the staff were excellent. We were fortunate with the weather and able to sit outside where they have great beer garden.

Location excellent. Room decor fresh and really comfy bed. Loved the big windows and cleanliness of everything was top notch. Staff were really friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere relaxed. Parking great.
Nothing to not like although if the breakfast was a little cheaper it may tempt people to choose it more often. We instead chose to head into the city.
Comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff.
The bar and restaurant staff were amazing.

Excellent location rooms very clean and comfortable breakfast very good staff friendly and helpful
Great location with a short walk to city centre. Nicely decorated accommodation and spotlessly clean.
The mattress was very uncomfortable with a hard ridge which dug into you making for a disturbed sleep.
Parking is limited and access is quite narrow for larger cars.
Great location for easy city access. Nice rooms
Thought paying £18 to leave the car there overnight was expensive.
On our evening meal, we had to wait a while for our drinks, we were half way through the meal before the drinks arrived but the waiter gave us another round on the hotel
Lovely setting and hotel
The cost for breakfast for a family was expensive
