Comfortable stay in a lovely city.
Pros:

Very good location. Short walk to city centre. Friendly, helpful reception staff. Smallish room and bathroom but comfortable.

Cons:

Television too high up on the wall. Not easy to watch from the chair.

Personeel gaf tips over route naar centrum (door park). Ontbijt hebben we niet genomen want vonden we te duur. In omgeving zijn goedkopere ontbijtmogelijkheden genoeg.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location with friendly staff

Cons:

The mattress on our bed (room 120) was shockingly uncomfortable and parking at £18 a night should be included in a room costing the best part of £200 per night

A very relaxed and characterful hotel
Pros:

Five minutes walk to The Minster. Staff were exceptional. Everyone met us with a genuine smile and always willing to help. Room and shower room were spotless…even the sealant around the shower!

Cons:

Would have preferred buffet style breakfast.

Pros:

Lovely family room, comfy beds and very clean room. We didn’t use the car park or restaurants so can’t really comment on those

Cons:

You could see the black on the taps, shower etc starting to peel off and look a bit messy
