The smell in the hallway was awful on the third floor and the temperature control was either too hot or too cold.
The breakfast and coffee bar were excellent. The staff did an excellent job of replenishing everything. Our room was nice and clean. It had everything we needed, like iron and ironing board, refrigerator and microwave, several mirrors so we could all get ready. The rolling cube chairs were a nice touch. When we checked in we were offered bottles of water. It was all around such a pleasant experience!
I honestly can't think of anything we didn't like. The two elevators were rarely crowded. Everything just went right during our stay.
Location and breakfast fine.
I asked for no maid service during my visit but the day after my first night I received maid service. I went to front desk and again asked for no maid service, the front desk assuring me there would be none, but the next day I received maid service again. Not a good experience to have a request ignored not just once but twice.
