Pros:

ウェルカムドリンクと朝食にスムージーがあったのは嬉しかったです。

Cons:

・レンタルサイクルが少ない
・同じタイミングで予約した友人が1階が客室でした。1階に女性客ひとりで客室設定されたことに正直驚いた。
・お茶碗がなくて朝食時に最初何にお米を配膳すればよいか戸惑った。
・お米がある場合はお味噌汁も欲しかったです。

Not a bad place to stay but at that price maybe better options available if booking early.
Pros:

Hotel was in a very convenient location, even though on a main road, it was quiet. One big plus is that breakfast is complimentary and staff are great. Parking is also free for the first night. Overall, if staying a night it’s good enough.

Cons:

The only issue with this chain is that their rooms are small and the bathrooms tight. What was really sad was that I stayed at another Comfort Hotel in Hachinohe a week before at half the price.

久しぶりの利用でしたが、オンラインチェックインやチェックアウトが出来てスムーズだった。

Cons:

ユニットバス(トイレ)が臭かった。チェックアウトの時まで臭いがとれなかった。
駐車場入り口が大変狭くて、満車時には事故が起きそうなほど狭い。
ルームカードにナンバリングしてほしい。
