Everything was phenomenal! The staff was superb, the breakfast was delicious and the facilities were so comfortable. This will sound strange, but the hotel (EVERY SINGLE PART) smelled good. No pot smell. Everything smelled fresh. We will stay again.

The location and the views were great. The property was beautiful, and the suite was spacious.
We encountered multiple inconveniences. In the room, the kitchenette was really just the tiniest mini fridge I’ve ever seen. It didn’t have a freezer section. The microwave was so small that the paper plates I brought with me didn’t even fit inside. There was no side table in the living room for you to set a drink on while you were sitting on the couch or on the chair. They were only four drawers in a suite that is to sleep six people. Small drawers. for the property itself, the pool was small and although hot tub was advertised there was none. That was one of the main reasons I chose this property. I’m assuming maybe there’s one at the outdoor pool, which is closed this time of year. I’m not even sure if that’s true. Send a message through booking to find out why there is no hot tub and the Property never responded. In three days. The breakfast was a disappointment. Very few choices and the food wasn’t hot. The cleanliness was OK in the room, but the bathtub had quite a film on it and smelled musty/moldy. Three towels for a room that sleeps six also wasn’t very accommodating. A few times we encountered employees who were friendly, but not helpful. One time I was struggling returning a luggage cart and what I assume would be a maintenance man or Belman made small talk while we were in the hallway and elevator in lobby, but didn’t offer to help return it for me. The little things make a difference when you choose a property that was twice as expensive as all the others offered.

When we checked out the lady at the desk pointed at the basket to put the room cards in. Did not speak thank you have a nice day.

Buffet was well stocked.
No Trays to carry food to rooms. Blow dryer didn’t work. Request for toilet paper you got 1 roll would have to ask every other day. Two women in room 1 7 1/2 months pregnant and two others in a room. I will bring my own next time so there’s enough
Cleanliness the staff very professional. Everyone was exceptional. The view the balcony, the breakfast. This is a great hotel, and you will not be disappointed.
The tub looked a little worn, most likely because of the sand, but the room was very clean. They might just wanna add a clean coat to the tub.

The design of air condition vent is a wrong place, constantly blowing on our face while we were asleep
My husband and I met the kids and granbabies there.we arrived first . Haley was an exceptional host. We were on the 12th floor which I did not realize there was that many. Not that I'm afraid of heights but it did make me nervous mostly with the one grandchild. They were gracious enough to move us to level 4. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was great.Both pools were great. The views from room was awesome.The manger was also helpful in room changing.
I had read on reviews about the water not be very hot.
This was my only problem. It was lukewarm.
