Wonderful family stay
Pros:

First, they have great customer service. Gabby helped us at check in and was absolutely friendly, kind, and went above and beyond for us with placing us In a room that would be accommodating since we were traveling with a 7 month old.
We really enjoyed having an inside pool option. It was never crowded and perfect since the wasnt hot enough for season. We traveled during mid-April this year.
Their breakfast was buffet style. It was enjoyable and filling. A variety of options.
The view was just amazing! We enjoyed breakfast overlooking the beach each morning. In the evenings on the patio they had fire pits lit which made for a peaceful ambiance.

We will definitely be staying again!

Honestly nothing seemed bad to us.

Location and room was a nice size

Cons:

Zero storage. Hot tub was beyond disgusting with hair floating. At first it was cold. So they heated it but didn't bother to clean it. I have seen other reviews stating hot tub dirty. Sink would not drain. Can't take bath as stopper would not hold. Parking garage elevator broken so can't move luggage without almost being run over in parking garage on ramps with kids. Then they have the audacity to charge for parking for weekend on top of no elevator to use. This is a 4 story garage. No offer to accommodate or compensation. I am a Marriott member at that. Very disappointed

I would not hesitate to visit this hotel again if these issues were resolved.
Pros:

Excellent assortment of breakfast food. Exceptional staff. Beautiful view from the balcony. Ideal location.

Cons:

Elevator to parking levels was out of order all week and made it difficult to navigate for a person with disabilities. The hotel room toilet was far too low for even an average height person to sit comfortably.

Absolutely AMAZING!
Pros:

STOP scrolling and BOOK. THIS. HOTEL. 🤩✨

From the moment we walked through the doors, we were completely blown away! The lobby is absolutely stunning, the staff is beyond welcoming, and the rooms? Chef’s kiss 😍👌🏽 We stayed on the 12th floor and the view was EVERYTHING seriously, picture-perfect!

And let’s talk about breakfast… 🔥🍳 It was AMAZING.

The location is also a huge win surrounded by great shopping 🛍️ and delicious restaurants 🍽️, so everything you need is right there.

But what truly made this stay unforgettable was the staff ❤️ Every single person we passed hallway, elevator, anywhere greeted us with genuine smiles and kindness. That kind of energy makes all the difference!

We didn’t just enjoy our stay… we found our HOME AWAY FROM HOME every time we visit VA Beach 💙🌊

Trust me you won’t regret booking this

Nice view but way too hectic and crowded.
Pros:

I liked my oceanfront room. The view was great.

Cons:

The hotel was very crowded. The breakfast was average. I picked a bad time to come on a holiday weekend. The next time it will be when kids are in school. I had requested a higher floor but the staff didn't seem to care about that and put me on a lower floor.

Great Easter stay with our family.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. We’ve stayed in several Springhill Suites and have never been disappointed. The location on the beach was perfect.

Cons:

Need more luggage carts.

2/10 recommend just because of the elevator situation. Giving a 2 because of the pool bartender.
Pros:

The outdoor pool and bar was good, bartenders were awesome!

Cons:

The elevator in the parking garage was broken so expect to get your steps in. Still had to pay for parking. Got stuck in the elevator inside the hotel the last morning. Employees didn’t seem knowledgeable about anything about the hotel or the area.
