Bathroom needs some updating…tub always looked dirty. Couch pillow was worn and the couch needed more pillows as it was very deep from front to back. Microwave smelled like it was burning…fridge very small. Drink prices at the bar were crazy even for a hotel.
Very large rooms with 2 TVs. Great location with a bar/restaurant inside hotel lobby. Super clean!!!
They had a nice pool but we got stuck inside the pool area because the door to get out wouldn’t open. We tried everything we could but nothing worked. Had to call up the front desk and they sent a maintenance man. Apparently, this wasn’t the first time it has happened. If the hotel knew about this being a problem, why wouldn’t they have fixed it? This can be very dangerous especially if someone didn’t bring their phone to the pool.

No hot water at the shower and tv didn’t work when asked for help they didn’t fix and basically told me it wouldn’t be fixed until after I left and wasn’t offered a room where stuff worked would definitely not recommend
The property was clean and well maintained.
I did not like the fact that the area where you ate was very cold. I wanted to have my breakfast downstairs, but instead I had to take it to my room where it was much warmer.
I also had to request toilet tissue. Many hotels will provide additional roles in the room, but this one did not.
Everything was phenomenal! The staff was superb, the breakfast was delicious and the facilities were so comfortable. This will sound strange, but the hotel (EVERY SINGLE PART) smelled good. No pot smell. Everything smelled fresh. We will stay again.

Worst hotel experience ever! I had reserved three rooms at this hotel mainly because of the indoor pool but also access to the boardwalk. It was a Christmas gift for 6 of my grandchildren. We arrived at 1:30 and informed them we were there. We then went to the boardwalk for an hour of scooters and beach fun (25 degrees out). We came back in at 2:30 bc one of our rooms was ready. We asked about the others and the front desk supervisor told us she would contact housekeeping. Out we went again to get some trinkets. When we came back my daughter unloaded her car and brought it in the lobby. I asked at the desk and was told they were having trouble reaching housekeeping . They didn’t know when our rooms would be ready. We played board games with the kids while we waited but all of us were frustrated at the lack of concern by the front desk in getting us our rooms. I checked again and was told the same thing. At 4, I told them we were leaving. Their response was “ fine”! No apology, no concern whatsoever that they were not fulfilling our reservation. It was a terrible disappointment and I felt so bad for my grandchildren who lost fun pool time because of their complete disregard. Don’t make a reservation at this hotel if you actually want a room to stay in!
The location and the views were great. The property was beautiful, and the suite was spacious.
We encountered multiple inconveniences. In the room, the kitchenette was really just the tiniest mini fridge I’ve ever seen. It didn’t have a freezer section. The microwave was so small that the paper plates I brought with me didn’t even fit inside. There was no side table in the living room for you to set a drink on while you were sitting on the couch or on the chair. They were only four drawers in a suite that is to sleep six people. Small drawers. for the property itself, the pool was small and although hot tub was advertised there was none. That was one of the main reasons I chose this property. I’m assuming maybe there’s one at the outdoor pool, which is closed this time of year. I’m not even sure if that’s true. Send a message through booking to find out why there is no hot tub and the Property never responded. In three days. The breakfast was a disappointment. Very few choices and the food wasn’t hot. The cleanliness was OK in the room, but the bathtub had quite a film on it and smelled musty/moldy. Three towels for a room that sleeps six also wasn’t very accommodating. A few times we encountered employees who were friendly, but not helpful. One time I was struggling returning a luggage cart and what I assume would be a maintenance man or Belman made small talk while we were in the hallway and elevator in lobby, but didn’t offer to help return it for me. The little things make a difference when you choose a property that was twice as expensive as all the others offered.
