Würden wir nicht wieder buchen

Die Nähe zur Altstadt.

Cons:

Hotelzimmer sehr klein und in die Jahre gekommen. Auf der Hotelinternetseite werden größere, modernere Zimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche angeboten. Hatten wir leider nicht.
Umgebung sehr laut.
Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht angemessen.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels, am Bahnhof, war ok. Die Stadt war in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Zimmer waren groß und hell. Das Badezimmer ebenfalls. Das Frühstück war gut, hätte aber etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können. Optimal war der Parkplatz am Hotel.

Grosses helles Zimmer, sauber. Gute Lage zur Bahn.

Cons:

Der Online Check - in gestaltete sich äusserst mühsam. Im Vorfeld verweigerte die Software konsequent die Bearbeitung der Gästedaten. So war die Schlüsselübernahme erst nach Kontakt mit der Helpline möglich. Das "Hotel ohne Personal" bedarf noch der Optimierung.

Das Hotel hat uns ganz gut Gefallen,die Zimmer sind groß und sauber,relativ neu und auch ruhig

Details wie das viel besungene "Fachwerk"im Flur das wohl vom Hersteller jackodur kommt und im harmonischen Braunton gestrichen wurde können jedoch nicht über das garstige verhalten der Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück hinweg trösten die ein freundliches" Danke fürs Tischdecken" meiner Freundin mit einem garstigen Blick quittiert hat.... Das hat ein übles " geschmäckle Hinterlassen und wir gehen zukünftig wo anders hin
