The staff especially the chef - all so so lovely and great with the kids
The beds a little bit on the firm side but ok! Also the hot tub was a bit worn away- stripped the colour out of my trunks completely appreciate there was a sign saying it may happen

The location of the hotel suits our traveling needs.
We had a restful nights sleep with no traffic noises and noises from the other rooms and hallway.
The buffet area in the breakfast room is too small and cramped. All the food and accessory items are squeezed in together making it hard for more than one person at a time to get their plates set up with food. The room itself is small with not enough room to get around once people are seated; even with the bonus area.
If there was a wish list, I would ask for a hand bar to hold onto to get into the bathtub.
It was a lovely breakfast and the staff looking after breakfast was very kind to my granddaughter. She went above and beyond what I would expect. My granddaughter was looking forward to breakfast the 2nd morning because of the cheery staff member taking care of the breakfast.
Breakfast area was cramped the 2nd morning, even in the board room where we were located.

The ice machine on the third floor was broken.
The ceiling lights were burnt out except for one. Very hard to see the coffee machine and fridge, etc.
The hot tub was out of service.
The morning breakfast was excellent. Wasn’t expecting what we received. As we were only there one night we didn’t spend much time at the hotel as we attended a wedding. What we did experience was very positive.
