Disappointed.
Pros:

Should be available until 10:00am at least.

Cons:

The ice machine on the third floor was broken.
The ceiling lights were burnt out except for one. Very hard to see the coffee machine and fridge, etc.
The hot tub was out of service.

Would stay again.
Pros:

The morning breakfast was excellent. Wasn’t expecting what we received. As we were only there one night we didn’t spend much time at the hotel as we attended a wedding. What we did experience was very positive.

Good value for the money.
Pros:

The breakfast chef, Mel, does a fantastic job despite having such a very tiny space to work in. She kept the hot food coming out, helped people use the waffle machine, answered questions, had very friendly chats with guests and was a wealth of knowledge. We brought our 2 grandchildren along with us and we all had great fun on the wayerslide.

Cons:

The hot tub was pathetic. The jets were broken so it was just hot stagnant, mirky water to soak in if you cared to, we did not.

Pros:

The young girl at the desk was so very helpful, our google map was not working and we were lost in Lethbridge and over the phone she directed us right to the hotel!! We were so thankful for her!
