Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities clean and the food well prepared. The location was ideal for us. Thank you!

Cons:

The staff told me I could have paid less if I'd gone to the Quality Inn website instead of using Booking.com. I'm disappointed in Booking .com.

Pros:

Staff were great and friendly but the room was not in the best condition. Seems like the carpets could use a deep clean as they had a smell. There was also damage to the wall paper in the bathroom with a yellow stain from the glue. Thought the room would be nicer for the price

It was good.
Pros:

We loved the swimming pool and water slide. The breakfast was good but I would like to see more turkey sausages or beef. Not just pork.

Cons:

The halls are a bit narrow , one elevator and it seems the whole complex looks tired.

The breakfast lady attendant was very helpful, she clearly takes a lot of pride in her job.
They were super accommodating when we requested a late checkout - the customer service was top notch.

Cons:

The space for breakfast is very small, even with the additional board room option it was cramped. The hotel was full but it could definitely be upgraded to accommodate more guests at once
Just a note - we were informed that our room 412 has a continuous fan (after we tried a few times to turn off the a/c heat unit)
They could also use a light of some sort in the little fridge/microwave spot.
