El alojamiento está limpio y el personal es estupendo. muy bien esa parte. El desayuno muy completo y te atienden muy bien. Toda la fruta cortada y de buena calidad

Cons:

Aunque puse el aire acondicionado pasé frio, no había una manta extra en el armario. En la área de cena hacía frio y de lo que pedí la relación calidad precio no fue bien. Me pareció caro para la cantidad y calidad que me sirvieron.

No nos hicieron la habitación del hotel, y al reclamarlo, en vez de proporcionarnos una habitación nueva, nos dieron toallas y ya.

No vale lo que cuesta.
Pros:

No tenía mesa en la habitación. Muchos golpes en el mobiliario. Baño adaptado pero se mojaba mucho el suelo porque no tenía mampara. El desayuno buffet muy justo (es uno de los pocos hoteles de 4 estrellas en los que me he alojado en el que al pedir que me hagan unos huevos fritos me dicen que no pueden).

Cons:

Casi todo. El trato en recepción al llegar. La habitación. El baño. El desayuno.

Habitacion muy descuidada
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal desde recepcion hasta cafeteria fue lo mejor, es por esto que le pongo un 7

Pues cuando reserve hubo un error ( me dieron camas separadas) al final tuve k cambiar y coger una suite para la cama de matrimonio( gracias a la chica de recepción que fue la que le aconsejo) pero resulta que las almohadas estaban como amarillentas y tuvimos que reclamar para que nos cambiasen las almohadas y las que nos dieron mas de lo mismo pero nos las apañamos, después las cortinas tenían manchas, las ventanas sucias , total la habitacion y mas una suite muy regular
