Cheval Harrington Court at South Kensington

Very nice beds, excellent shower, perfect cleanliness, great location, nice balconies, kitchen has everything you need, even dishwasher and washing machine for your Lau dry, wonderful and friendly service. Really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back.

Everything at Cheval Harrington was first-rate from the moment I checked in. The apartment, which looked brand new, was really spacious and comfortable. Reception was warm, courteous and helpful. Housekeeping services excellent as well. Situated in a neighborhood within easy walking distance to South Kensington underground station.

Great property with welcoming staff

From the moment we arrived from the airport Raymond and the staff took great care of us recommending wonderful breakfast, Indian and Italian restaurants in the area. The 2 bedroom 2 bath with pull out sofa was perfect for our family, we enjoyed having a kitchen with nespresso, kettle, tea, coffee, cookies and milk all provided and even a washer with laundry pods. We had a wonderful 3 days and nights, an easy walk to the museums, parks and tube station

The place is well kept, high standard, and the staff is very nice. We spent 5 nights and were very impressed and enjoyed our stay.

We are repeat guests at this exceptional apart'otel in London, and we have always been impressed by the outstanding level of service. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful, going above and beyond to meet our needs. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment, having stayed here numerous times - at least 4 or 5 times a year - and consistently enjoyed a superb experience.

I’ve just came back home after a long stay at Cheval Harrington Court and I highly recommend this hotel. The location is great, 2 minutes away from South Kensington tube station with lots of restaurants and cafes around. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, the furniture is new and modern, the kitchen is fully equipped: it even has a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. The cleaning ladies do an amazing job and the head housekeepers are very responsive to requests. The maintenance team, Julio, Quentin and Patrick are super efficient. The highlight of my stay was the professional and friendly attitude of the reception staff. Poonam the manager is always on top of things and ready to help and solve issues. Sumit and Raymond welcome you with a warm smile and make you feel at home. Madalina has excellent recommendations for coffees shops, restaurants and things to do around London and I loved chatting to her and Tina. I’ve already recommended this hotel to my friends and I’m planning to come back soon.

The apartment was perfect for all our needs with everything you could require for a few days in London. It is modern and furnished in excellent taste and was served everyday. The bed was really comfortable with feather pillows. The service was excellent and the staff could not have been more helpful. It is located in a nice safe area close to shops, cafes and restaurants. As well as a short distance from South Kensington tube station. We would definitely stay here again. It was worth the money.

I have never dedicated time to this but today, having a coffee, I have decided to recognise Cheval Harrington Court in South Kensington. I have made of this place my home in London. . Above all, I want to recognize the World Class service of the team in charge. So far I have been here more than a year and, the attitude and professionalism of the team in charge, I believe is the best I have ever experienced in 35 years travelling extensively. Raymond, Madalina, Sumit … and others - I am sorry I do not remember the name- created a team of world class service that I wish I had in many other places. For sure CHC is my place in London.

We're regulars to London and have always stayed at a hotel. After this amazing stay with Cheval Collection, I have to say that it's going to be hard to go back to a boring hotel room. Hello luxury apartments!

From the moment we checked in, we knew we were in for an amazing stay. The front desk team were so welcoming, it felt like we'd been guests forever. We got to our room and found our fridge stocked, with fresh bread, snacks, and drinks in the kitchen--little touches that made a huge difference after a long journey. Being on a longer 5-night stay, it really was nice to have the flexibility of a kitchenette (we made endless cups of tea), and in-room laundry facilities too. The location was second to none; there were lots of restaurants and cafes to choose from; the tube station was across the street; buses around the corner, or you could just walk to Knightsbridge, which we did!

Can't say enough good things in one review, or we'd end up writing a book. To the team at Cheval Collection, we look forward to coming back!

Brilliant customer service. Very friendly and helpful. We couldn't travel on the dates on our initial booking due to a family emergency and the way Cheval booking agents handled it was compassionate and exceptionally helpful. There was no drama from them and allowed us to choose another date. In this day and age where some hotel groups wouldn't bother with you, Cheval were absolutely first class. Our apartment was spotless and they made my daughter feel so welcome, giving her a little goody bag. Location is superb.

I had an exceptional stay, From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome from the staff and the hotel’s location. It truly exceeded my expectations.

One of the standouts for me was its commitment to being dog-friendly. Not only did they provide bowls and a comfortable bed for our pup, the concierge had fantastic recommendations on the best local spots to walk him etc.

I cannot praise the front of house staff enough! We will definitely be staying again soon.

Tiring and first trip to UK with family,Cheval provides us convenient and warm environment.The night shift manager Moiz is pretty nice.The bed is quite comfortable,even jet lag didn’t bother us much.and I trust this gonna be a unforgettable and satisfying stay here

Hidden Gem! We had a marvellous stay! The staff were all soo welcoming, knowledgeable and made such a fuss of our little doggie. The apartment was full of charm, modern and so many extra touches that made it that bit special. We really appreciated the breakfast hamper, the quality of the products, especially the sourdough bread!

We had accidentally forgotten our charger for our laptop and the reception team were so helpful and borrowed one of there’s, which was so helpful.

The staff, from reception to housekeeping, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The daily cleaning service was an excellent touch, ensuring the room stayed spotless throughout my stay.

The in-room facilities were impressive, especially the heating system, Japanese toilet, and the heated toilet floor. These thoughtful details made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

Large, bright, neat, modern apartment in lively but not noisy street near South Kensington tube. Walk to museums, Harrods, King's Road. Pleasant local shops and restaurants.
Wonderfully warm and helpful staff added a crib and brought tissues and toys for my grandchildren, who had colds. Flexible assistance with car to airport.
