Horrible and we won’t be back! This hotel was nast!
Pros:

The people’s, workers, housekeeping, fronted desk workers were the ultimate worse and I’ve worked for Hilton for 9 years ! I was very disgusted

Cons:

The upkeep of rooms they didn’t clean well but the supervisor approved! Had I been QA they would’ve failed! Hair hair and more hair. I cleaned everything myself

My stay was great and I will be back!

I love the location, the security, the staff- they were so nice and helpful.

Cons:

Just the elevators were not working properly. Only one of them was working correctly.

They had a room at the last minute

Cons:

When we arrived, the front desk person was in a really bad mood. We checked in, dropped our bags off in the room, and headed to the bar. The bartender was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but the bed was hard, the bedding wasn't soft, and the towels in the bathroom were old and scratchy. For the price, I expected more from a Hilton location.
