Wonderful staff. Great room
Awesome location right of HWY I-40 Exit 193. Staff is very nice and welcoming. Chris was wonderful and given very good discount at the time of check-in. Room was nice and clean. I really enjoyed the stay bed was very comfy. Very quite & no problems at all.
Pas grand chose
Presque tout. Le personnel pas aimable. Nous avons dû changer de chambre car il y avait une odeur horrible dans la première. La deuxième chambre ça allait mais l’hôtel est très bruyant. La climatisation faisait beaucoup de bruit et le parking aussi. Très mal insonorisé. Petit déjeuner très moyen. Que des pancakes et des céréales. Pas de chaud en salé.
Very nice location. Everything was nice and clean. Staff was very respectful and humble made it feel like home. I highly recommend this location if you taking I-40 and went to spent a good night.
Breakfast dining area was very clean for a low cost motel. Noise between rooms and highway was very good.
The air conditioner was good, but the lowest recirculating setting was too strong for minor noises such as the fridge, highway, etc.
This has been my go-to for a long time when I'm working in the Hazen area but it's come to the point I'd rather pay more than be crowded when most of the motel is empty...
People on both sides and above me making all kinds noise all hours of the night and early morning ...I understand housekeeping convenience but damn ..you have a many , many rooms available yet yet you stack your costumers on top of each other..I'll just take my business elsewhere..
I appreciate the preferred customer status you gave me but I won't pay to be disturbed all night..
Location and price
Doors did not seal properly so heat came on a lot. Breakfast was very limited. Because of design of building with doors on outside security was lower.
Nice place to stop, visited this motel many times, plenty of parking quiet nights sleep good value for the money would stay again
The building didn't look like motel at all. It looked a little foreboding. But the interior surprised me. The room was very clean and comfortable. The desk staff was friendly and accommodating. I arrived in the early afternoon and was given a room right away. Very nice.
No room amenities like soap and shampoo. Bed was uncomfortable and every time I moved the bed shook. Heard TV through wall. Bad experience!
