Cons:

Отдельно хочу поблагодарить сотрудников за их доброту и понимание. У меня была особая просьба, связанная с посылкой, и они любезно согласились мне помочь. Меня это очень тронуло 🥹❤️🙏🏻

Alles gut gepasst!
Pros:

Da wir in der Nähe das Bahnhof ein Hotel benötigten - war es für uns perfekt und wir fühlten uns wohl. Ansonsten ist Bahnhofsnähe nicht zu empfehlen wegen der Umgebung/Szenerie rundherum. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Es ist zentral und uns gefiel die Ausstattung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Liebevolles Hotel, zuvorkommendes Personal. Es war für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr in Ordnung!

We didn’t end up staying there because it is a very bad neighborhood. It is in the red light district and unsafe to go out at night due to the drug addicts around

Very good price for a decent stay.
Pros:

It was steps away from the train station, which was what I needed, as I was just in town overnight before catching a flight. Decent facilities for a very good price.

Cons:

The window looked onto an alley full of junk, but then I did ask for quiet, and it was that.

Leider kann ich nichts Positives über den Aufenthalt berichten, da wir trotz bestätigter Buchung nicht in das Hotel einchecken konnten.

Cons:

Wir sind am Hotel angekommen, konnten jedoch nicht einchecken. Am Eingang befand sich ein elektronischer Schlüsselsafe, für den ein Zugangscode erforderlich war. Diesen Code haben wir jedoch nicht erhalten.

Wir haben die angegebene Telefonnummer +49 69 71044950 angerufen. Dabei konnten wir hören, wie das Telefon an der Rezeption klingelte, aber niemand nahm den Anruf entgegen.

Später behauptete das Hotel, uns die notwendigen Anweisungen zum Check-in sowie eine Kontaktmöglichkeit für Hilfe zur Verfügung gestellt zu haben. Diese Aussagen entsprechen nicht unseren tatsächlichen Erfahrungen.

Obwohl wir die bezahlte Unterkunft nicht nutzen konnten, verweigerte das Hotel die Rückerstattung.

Ich halte dieses Verhalten gegenüber Gästen für absolut inakzeptabel.
