Pros:

Très bon hôtel, à 7-8 km du centre-ville mais il y a un arrêt de bus juste à côté. Le billet aller-retour nous coûtait 1.75£ (vraiment donné), en 40 min tu es au centre-ville. Chambre plutôt petit, mais il y avait tout le nécessaire et même un frigo qui n'était pas proposé en réservant la chambre. Place de parking gratuit sur le territoire de l'hôtel. Tout près le quartier sur la rivière avec les bateaux-maisons, très pittoresques. Plus petits parcs et places de jeux à côté. Le plus impressionnant (pour notre fils en tout cas 😂) le quartier est à 56% peuplé de juifs ultra-orthodoxes, avec leurs vêtements-chapeaux traditionnels portés dans la vie quotidienne, un spectacle un peu inhabituel. Beaucoup de commerces à côté.

I will never recommend this hotel. No staff no cleaning no parking. The one old lady is there and always sleeping. Dont want to help at all. The area is full with Jewish people. So you think you arrived in Israel😂

Clean comfortable and with good air conditioning
Pros:

Spent two nights here visiting family. The room was clean and tidy. Good selection of teas and coffee in the room. Excellent modern ensuite toilet and shower cubicle with toothpaste and brush sets provided. The room had excellent air conditioning which was very much needed at the time we were there and the bed was very comfortable. Alsomsize of.room was decent.

Cons:

I just needed a couple more milks pods in the room as I ran out. Nevertheless the reception helped me out with more milk .

Oddly enough, this place came up as a hotel within walking distance of Buckingham Palace. It’s no where near there. The

Cons:

Looks and felt unsafe and unclean . Staff I spoke to over the phone was rude. I tried to get refund, Booking. Com said they understood but it was up to the property to reverse transaction. Property did not help—

⭐ Excelente relación calidad-precio para visitar Londres en familia 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
Pros:

Nos alojamos en una Habitación Familiar Deluxe 🏨 y la experiencia fue muy positiva. La habitación era amplia, con tres camas dobles muy cómodas, por lo que pudimos descansar perfectamente durante la estancia.

Nos sorprendió el nivel de equipamiento: aire acondicionado que funcionaba perfectamente, Wi-Fi estable, nevera que enfriaba muy bien, hervidor de agua, varios enchufes USB para cargar dispositivos sin necesidad de adaptadores✨, armario con suficientes perchas, escritorio y tres sillas. Son pequeños detalles que se agradecen mucho cuando viajas desde fuera de Londres.

El baño estaba muy cuidado y daba sensación de estar recientemente reformado. Destacaría la ducha con doble teléfono y mampara 🚿, el espejo iluminado y los acabados en tonos dorados con efecto mármol, que le daban un aspecto moderno y agradable.

Nuestra habitación daba al jardín de la vivienda contigua, con una vista despejada🌿 y mucho más tranquila que si hubiera dado a una calle con tráfico o paso constante de personas.

La atención del personal fue excelente. La señora de recepción 😊 fue muy amable desde nuestra llegada y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. Además de atendernos en inglés, también pudo comunicarse con nosotros en portugués, lo que nos facilitó mucho la estancia.

⭐ La relación calidad-precio nos pareció excelente. Encontrar en Londres una habitación familiar con tres camas dobles, baño privado, buenas instalaciones y un trato tan amable por parte del personal no es fácil.

Cons:

Como aspecto mejorable, en determinados momentos, se percibían algunos olores fuertes en las áreas comunes. Aun así, la habitación estaba limpia y no tuvimos ese problema en el interior de la misma. 🧹

📍 No es un aspecto negativo, sino algo a tener en cuenta. El hotel no está situado en el centro de Londres, por lo que para visitar las principales atracciones es necesario combinar autobús y metro. El trayecto suele rondar los 45 minutos, aunque el transporte público está bien comunicado y desplazarse resulta sencillo. 🚇

Not wheelchair accessible so that was a challenge, being a wheelchair user and booking.com sent me there when the lift broke elsewhere.

Pros:

Location was a manageable walk to the metro station and midway between the city center and Tottenham

Cons:

The cleanness was iffy. There were a pile of paper cups near the coffee pot, dirty with spilled coffee. While the bathroom was nice and beds ok, the overall cleanness aspect of the room (in the underground level) and corridors was poor

Great Stay and Lovely Staff
Pros:

From we arrived the staff were all friendly and helpful, and even though we arrived early our room was ready for us. The room was clean with comfy beds and also AC (which was much needed with the heatwave happening) There are plenty of shops nearby for food and pharmacy, and local cafés.

Cons:

If you are attending anything at the stadium it is around a 45 minute walk but for me and my friend that walk wasn't an issue.
