⭐ Excelente relación calidad-precio para visitar Londres en familia 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Nos alojamos en una Habitación Familiar Deluxe 🏨 y la experiencia fue muy positiva. La habitación era amplia, con tres camas dobles muy cómodas, por lo que pudimos descansar perfectamente durante la estancia.

Nos sorprendió el nivel de equipamiento: aire acondicionado que funcionaba perfectamente, Wi-Fi estable, nevera que enfriaba muy bien, hervidor de agua, varios enchufes USB para cargar dispositivos sin necesidad de adaptadores✨, armario con suficientes perchas, escritorio y tres sillas. Son pequeños detalles que se agradecen mucho cuando viajas desde fuera de Londres.

El baño estaba muy cuidado y daba sensación de estar recientemente reformado. Destacaría la ducha con doble teléfono y mampara 🚿, el espejo iluminado y los acabados en tonos dorados con efecto mármol, que le daban un aspecto moderno y agradable.

Nuestra habitación daba al jardín de la vivienda contigua, con una vista despejada🌿 y mucho más tranquila que si hubiera dado a una calle con tráfico o paso constante de personas.

La atención del personal fue excelente. La señora de recepción 😊 fue muy amable desde nuestra llegada y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. Además de atendernos en inglés, también pudo comunicarse con nosotros en portugués, lo que nos facilitó mucho la estancia.

⭐ La relación calidad-precio nos pareció excelente. Encontrar en Londres una habitación familiar con tres camas dobles, baño privado, buenas instalaciones y un trato tan amable por parte del personal no es fácil.

Cons:

Como aspecto mejorable, en determinados momentos, se percibían algunos olores fuertes en las áreas comunes. Aun así, la habitación estaba limpia y no tuvimos ese problema en el interior de la misma. 🧹

📍 No es un aspecto negativo, sino algo a tener en cuenta. El hotel no está situado en el centro de Londres, por lo que para visitar las principales atracciones es necesario combinar autobús y metro. El trayecto suele rondar los 45 minutos, aunque el transporte público está bien comunicado y desplazarse resulta sencillo. 🚇

Staff let me stay longer because of my health.

Not wheelchair accessible so that was a challenge, being a wheelchair user and booking.com sent me there when the lift broke elsewhere.

Pros:

Location was a manageable walk to the metro station and midway between the city center and Tottenham

Cons:

The cleanness was iffy. There were a pile of paper cups near the coffee pot, dirty with spilled coffee. While the bathroom was nice and beds ok, the overall cleanness aspect of the room (in the underground level) and corridors was poor

Great Stay and Lovely Staff
Pros:

From we arrived the staff were all friendly and helpful, and even though we arrived early our room was ready for us. The room was clean with comfy beds and also AC (which was much needed with the heatwave happening) There are plenty of shops nearby for food and pharmacy, and local cafés.

Cons:

If you are attending anything at the stadium it is around a 45 minute walk but for me and my friend that walk wasn't an issue.

Convenient and clean
Pros:

Friendly staff, we’re accommodating and helpful re arrival and check out time and we appreciated the little touches like water and cans in the room. Air con unit was quiet and kept the room lovely and cool. Would definitely recommend booking for close proximity to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium or Finsbury Park.

Cons:

Only small criticism is our fixed shower head was spraying water out of the shower unit but this could easily be replaced. There’s no area to sit our anything outside of the room but it wasn’t needed for us anyway

Good location for Tottenham Hotspur stadium. Clean with friendly staff, would stay here again.
Pros:

Parking was excellent and staff were exceptionally friendly.

Cons:

Bed was not big enough for two adults. Could do with being a snazz bigger. More instructions about air conditioning as it wasn’t obvious we had it in the room and it was hot.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. BED BUGS AND RUDE SERVICE!!

DON'T COME HERE. Avoid it if possible.
When I checked in, I got a good enough first impression. The woman in the front desk was nice, the room was decent at first sight. At night, in less than an hour in bed, I found a bed bug! Then I started to see little bugs and dead small bugs in the bed too. I went to reception at 2am and I couldn't find anyone. Finally I found Marli, the housekeeper, but she was very rude in her manners and said she didn't have any free rooms and couldn't do anything until the morning and closed the door on me while I was trying to get an explanation. This is UNACCEPTABLE behaviour. They lack of immediate protocol and they tell me to go back to an infested mattress.
I had to go find another accommodation in the middle of the night, alone in London, because I was met with a closed door. I didn't spend a full night and had to look for somewhere else. The manager wasn't available until two days later and he was quite understanding at first, offered me a refund through booking.com. He chased me as soon as I left, saying he can't do anything about bed bugs because guests bring them. He asked me as well how many I found, as if I am responsible of it. It was enough to see one, and I am not the one who should check how many more there were. To top it up, he said I should tone it down in my reviews, even though I am just telling my terrible and disgraceful experience the way it happened and trying to save people a bad time. I am still waiting for my full refund that he REFUSES to give me.
The room can look clean at first sight, but please, if you do end up here, check everything, every single corner. You'll find hair, crumbs and debris all over the floor and shower. Service and manager are unprofessional and unhelpful.
Avoid at all costs.
