Zentral und mit gutem Frühstück - wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral in der Nähe des Checkpoint Charly und der Museumsinsel. Unser Hotelzimmer hatte Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer sowie Küche, was den Aufenthalt für Familien sehr angenehm macht. Wir waren schon 3mal in diesem Hotel, aber zum ersten Mal mit Kind. Wir durften das Zimmer schon vormittags beziehen. Für unseren Enkel wurde zum Frühstück auch ein leckerer Kakao bereitet.

Cons:

Diesmal war das Zimmer abgewohnt. Auf dem Teppich waren 2 Schmierflecken. Der Safe funktionierte nicht. Es musste ein Techniker kommen, der den Safe schnell reparierte.

Zweckmässig
Pros:

Lage ok.

Cons:

Baustelle vor dem Haus. 3 Fernseher, 3x keine Batterie in der Fernschaltung. Tür der Dusche im einen Zimmer stand 2 cm offen, alles nass. Wurde sofort repariert. Die Dusche im 2. Zimmer, da musste man sich in die Badewanne stellen und sehr vorsichtig duschen, weil sonst alles nass gespritzt wurde. Eie Nachttischlampe ohne Glühbirne und die Fassung gefährlich locker, Wurde auch umgehend repariert. Vor der von uns nicht genutzen Waschmaschine lag Waschpulver am Boden. Insgesamt hat offenbar nie jemand den Zustand der Zimmer inspiziert. Trotzdem muß ich sagen, daß wir uns im Hotel wohl gefüht haben. Gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliche Bedienung. Und wenn man morgens um 6 Uhr das Fenster zu machte, hörte man den Baulärm kaum. Betten waren sehr bequem.

Hotel exceeded our expectations and we will seek out Adina group hotels in future.
Pros:

The staff were all very helpful and welcoming - we felt relaxed and looked after from the moment we arrived.

Cons:

We are not used to the separate duvets.

Comfortable, clean, well equipped apartment, located near a U Bahn stop so easy to get around.

Comfortable, self contained apartment, clean with friendly staff.

Cons:

Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed, we had picked the hotel specifically for the pool. Although we were offered the use of their sister hotel’s pool, via a taxi ride, not having the pool on site was a disappointment.
