Spacious, centrally located, and lovely!
Pros:

The apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen had all the tools we needed to make simple meals. It was very quiet and comfortable and there is a gym and pool in the basement of the building. Plus, we were close to many cafe’s train stations, museums, shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Our unit was missing a dryer and the registration desk told us it was a combo wash/dry unit but it was not. There was a dusty space where the dryer used to be. We were fine with air drying our clothes so I didn’t press the issue. Also, the lighting is dim throughout the apartment. Brighter lighting in the kitchen and bathroom would have been better.

Muy correcto
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. Muy cerca de línea de bus y metro así como de tiendas de comestibles y otros productos básicos. A 10 minutos del check Point Charlie. La piscina y sauna tb muy bien pero es pequeña y se llenaba rápido de gente.

Cons:

Las fotos corresponden a la reserva que hicimos pero no es la habitación que nos dieron, que fue más pequeña y sin fuegos de cocina. Lo asumimos sin más y no nos quejamos. Tal vez lo hubiéramos tenido que hacer y que nos canviaran. Ojo con eso. Aseguraos que os dan la que reservaste en su día.

God tur til Berlin

Bei Ankunft wurde sofort die Zahlung erfordert,ohne einen Blick in das Zimmer zu haben.
ApartZimmer war wie beschrieben.
Größe und Ausstattung waren auch gut.
Leider war ne große Baustelle vot dem Hoteleingang und von der UBahn Station dadurch mit Gepäck schwer zu erreichen. Es gab auch keine Möglichkeit mit einem Bus zum Hotel zu kommen.

Not the best choice
Pros:

Honestly, I was a bit disappointed in the hotel. The location is great and very central and the room was big. The room had a mini kitchen and a washing and drying machine. This is about all the positive things I can say.

Cons:

However, the room has carpets on the floor and, probably, in the past you could smoke in the room, so all those carpets and curtains make the air quality very stale and not pleasant to be in. Moreover, "for environmental reasons," the cleaning in the room is done once in three days. Also, the facilities are pretty old and the bathroom had a decent amount of mold.

Large apartments in an excellent location.

Cons:

Poor value for money.
The property is expensive compared to other places in the area, yet the value it offers is quite low.
We canceled another booking after seeing that Berlin was expected to be extremely hot. We chose this property because it explicitly stated that the apartments were equipped with air conditioning. In reality, it is more of a ventilation system than actual air conditioning, and it is unable to cope with the heat. We were very disappointed by this.
The apartment is poorly maintained, with torn curtains and an overall condition that is below an acceptable standard.

Fijne overnachting
Pros:

Ruime kamer. We waren hier een nachtje op doorreis. Voor een stedentrip lijkt ons dit ideaal, omdat er een keukentje inzit met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een simpele maaltijd. Er is zelfs een wasmachine. Lekker stil.

Reception gentile e disponibile, parcheggio all'interno della struttura. Camera spaziosa e ben disposta, con cucina completa di tutto e anche lavatrice e asciugatrice. Piscina con accappatoi forniti dall'albergo, palestra disponibile. Struttura ben collegata con la metro in tutta la città.

Dejligt ophold på central beliggenhed
Pros:

Det lå centralt og havde åbent 24/7, værelset havde en god størrelse og personalet var meget serviceorienteret.

Cons:

Udvalget i restauranten, pizzaen var ok, men deres Schnitzel var den værste jeg har prøvet. Der ligger dog flere gode restauranter i nærheden.
