Room was great and valet parking made that simple
Perfect location for getting around Old Montreal. Hotel excellent. Staff very friendly helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable with great view of the port. Lots of places to visit along with restaurants and shops. Hotel staff great in suggestions on where to eat. A definite place to visit again.
Great hotel in great area. Loved the location. Only problem was the elevator broke one day and we wished we had a king bed and the room had girders which impacted the layout. Fantastic breakfast in the restaurant

Fantastic property! Perfect location; and the staff were absolutely wonderful!
The hotel and the surrounding areas were great. Great central location for walking and biking in old Montreal. However, rooms at the back face a beautiful walking street that is quite noisey late into the night on Friday and Saturday night (bars close at 3AM). If you are on the lower floor like us, e.g. room 205, it is difficult to sleep with very loud music coming from nearby dance club. The front of the hotel faces the river.
Staff was incredibly accommodating. The hotel itself was beautiful as was our very clean room! Restaurants all around the property. The hotel had an excellent restaurant as well.
The hotel itself was wonderful, but the casual restaurant was terrible. Food not great, service terrible, including room service. Do not go for the food.

We loved our stay at the Auberge du Vieux-Port. The room and bathroom were spacious, it was so convenient to everything in the Old Port and the staff was friendly and helpful. We would happily stay here again.
We didn’t get the room we expected, you need to specify when you book. Reception found this room for us. Came into the room next day and stepped on a piece of glass. They came in with a lovely group of cleaners, we had to go down to reception to wait. Staff was great giving me first aid.
Historic property, amazing rooftop views, flexible entry to riverfront or cobblestone back street with restaurants & shops. Staff helped us book tours and recommend things to do. Had a wonderful stay.

The hotel was very accommodating when I politely asked if we could have a quiet room. They even left a bottle of prosecco with a hand written note wishing my husband and I a happy anniversary.
The staff were friendly and the hotel had all modern amenities but had true character and you felt that you were in an historic building in Old Montreal. 5 stars.
Charming hotel with a very cool lobby/bar area, a rooftop bar/restaurant with views of the river, gorgeous old-world guestrooms with big windows and comfortable beds. Word of caution: lower-floor rooms on the non-river side of the hotel can be noisy, as the street below is full of cafes and tourists. Very centrally located in Old Montreal to Notre Dame, shops, restaurants and more.
Enjoyed our stay immensely! Very welcoming and friendly staff. We received a free room which was super. Three hotel restaurants including a roof top one with great atmosphere.
Very comfy beds, gorgeous smelling le labo toiletries and a complimentary bottle of wine! What more could one ask!
The hotel was exceptional in every way. We would book here again in a heartbeat.
