For someone of my age (83) it was exhausting and we were not prepared for this, but worthwhile.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, tasty, plentiful. I think your hotel is in good shape and that you should edit out some of the outdated criticisms on your website.

Cons:

The distances walking from room 235 to breakfast and trying to reach the spa caused problems. The golf cart drivers were very kind.

Stay was extremely relaxing and beautiful
Pros:

Breakfast was ok...could have been better as some of the things were cold eg. flap jacks and syrup/ honey containers were sticky. Otherwise the place was and staff was fantastic.

Cons:

The fact that the card to my door on 3 consecutive days did not allow entrance and had to walk all the way back from 151 to the reception area. Was told that someone was going to have a look at it but never happened.

My stay was good kids really love it at Caledon spa
Pros:

I love the hot tubs the beds the staff always clean. I just love Caledon spa my kids love it aswell

Cons:

Breakfast can be bit better and more halal things don’t like that the tubs are not I. Use on a Monday if u book in on Sunday the money few hours before check out I can’t use hot tubs unless it’s warm weather u can use other pools I think in winter hot tubs should cleaned late nights so that ppl can enjoy Monday morning before checking out

This was our first weekend stay and we were quite impressed,will definitely check in again

To have a shop to purchase swimwear.

breakfast was very nice .... the staff was very helpful and friendly No problems just you get tired of the same menu everyday....bur ontherwise it was ok

you can change the menu every second day..... the chicken livers were very good.... but we got it only 0nce

Pros:

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the rock pools fabulous. Beautiful gardens.

Cons:

The bathroom had not been cleaned and the day visitors having access to all the pools ruined the experience. Hotel guests should be allocated separate pools to enjoy the peace and not have to navigate pool noodles and blow up pool toys. A strict dress code should also be enforced for the pools.
