Entspannung Pur
Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß sowie das Bett sehr groß und bequem war.
Der Spabereich mit den heißen Quellen sowie die kalten Pools waren sehr angenehm und gut zum Entspannen.
Das Frühstück war auch lecker unf es war für jeden was dabei.
Auch die Autowäsche die sich neben dem Hotel befindet haben wir getestet und waren äußerst zufrieden.

Best Stay Ever
Pros:

We had an unforgettable vacation, even though it was short! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The buffet breakfast was nothing short of amazing truly the best we could have asked for. We appreciated the secure parking as that's always a worry when we travel and the convenience of having Wi-Fi available whenever needed. The views from the property were absolutely breathtaking, and dining at the restaurant was a delight the food was exceptional, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable. Every moment felt special, and we genuinely had the time of our lives. This place exceeded our expectation in every way, making our stay absolutely amazing. So from me and my husband Thank you very much

Cons:

While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we did feel that the lighting around the jacuzzi and the area going upward was a bit dim. Improving the brightness in this sections would make the space feel safer, more inviting and even more enjoyable for guests as it is at night

Pros:

The staff was always friendly. Breakfast was great.
Just very noisy with the IEC people around.
The view we had was great.

Cons:

The room was not ready and we was given a larger room with beautiful views. The Pools are not for the elderly with hip replacements or knee replacements or for CHILDREN. The water is green and floors slimmy. You don't see the steps to go in to the pools.
This can cause problems or injuries to someone.
Unfortunately won't go to the Hotel and pools again.
We were very disappointed.

Cons:

Very grubby, place needs proper updating, the pools say cleaned once a week but just impossible, having been to mineral baths the world over there is just not that much algae on all surfaces if regular cleaning. Think nice view but ugly white deck chairs, rotting wood in sauna, mildew steam room. Beds comfortable enough

Die Anlage wird totgespart 🥲

Das Personal vom Hotel war sehr freundlich - von der Spa ist noch Luft nach oben.

Cons:

Die Spa war unsauber und ungepflegt. In einem Becken schwamm ein schmieriger Film auf dem Wasser. Die Liegen lagen „auf einem Haufen „in der Sonne. Meine Frage an den „Platzwart“ mir zu helfen, eine Liege in den Schatten zu ziehen wurde abgelehnt.

It would've been nice if one could stream Netflix on the TV's or if one could connect a tv box with a HDMI cable to the tv to be able to stream.
