We have stayed there 8 times since 2018. Never again!
Pros:

We could not have dunner as the restaurant was full with a coachload of German tourists. Why didn't Booking.com ask if we wanted dinner?
We had to change rooms. The room was on the top floor with no lift. I have limited mobility.

Nous avions choisi cet établissement entre autres pour le restaurant et on nous annonce que c’était complet à notre arrivée
De plus l’employée nous donne une liste de resto proches tous fermés le mardi soir

Pros:

The staff are very friendly and the location has a lot of history. Nearby we did a wine tasting in a cave and had a nice dinner in the town 15 minutes away. Room was well airconditioned!

Cons:

We were put in a room that smelled of cigarette smoke. It was very unpleasant. After notifying staff we were given other options for rooms. I almost couldn't believe they didn't know it smelled that way.

Breakfast is a bit overpriced.

Un très bon séjour.
Pros:

Le lieu, le cadre, la taille de la chambre, la propreté, les équipements, le personnel de l'accueil. Un séjour très agréable.

Cons:

-La mention salle de remise en forme, il n'y en a pas.
- Le spa assez bruyant à cause de la piscine.
- Le manque d'indication arrivé au spa. Nous avons découvert en partant la présence des tongs mis à disposition.

We spent two nights at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The team was very kind and gave us a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. We especially enjoyed both the breakfast and the dinner. Alexandre, the restaurant manager, was extremely friendly, attentive, and very professional throughout our stay.

The spa is small but very relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel is also ideally located, very close to many places to visit in the region. We also loved the rooms, each with its own unique decoration — my favorite was the Kyoto room.

Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the region.
