Que esta muy cerca del teatro insurgentes
Falta de variedad en el desayuno incluido
La ubicación excelente, justo enfrente de dónde son mis reuniones. Desayuno no me desperté a tiempo y no lo probé, pero sí consumí a la carta y creo fue bueno.
Limpieza deja mucho que desear, estuve en la habitación 320 y cuando entré olía mal, tenía manchas el suelo y un cabello en la cama. Le dije a una persona que me ayudó con mi maleta y me dijo que el olor era normal, por la prisa y casnancio decidí no reportarlo, además me dijo esta persona que todas las habitaciones olían así por la película que tenían los cristales, pero en verdad es un olor como a sudor bastante desagradable.

el desayuno solo estaba de 7 a 9 de la mañana. si no te lo cobran.
La ubicación y atención del personal.
La limpieza de la habitación no fue la mejor, la cama tenía cabellos. La cortina del baño olía raro, como que la lavaron y no la secaron bien.
El estacionamiento es muy estrecho.
El área de la comida del desayuno es pequeña y las personas al hacer fila se amontonaban.

El desayuno es muy pobre, el precio al llegar al hotel es mayor de lo que decía booking. el personal poco amable. Tenia que entregarme un pantalón que se envió a la tintorería, me fui del hotel 2 días después y no me lo entregaron, me fui del hotel sin el, no se han comunicado conmigo aún.

Leider gibt es kein komplettes FDrühstück mit Eiern etc. wier in Mex üblich mehr, nur Kaffee u.Brötchen,
so geht keiner mehr hin
und man muss ausserhalb ausgiebig frühstücken
La recepcionista muy poco profesional como 1ue enojo por que la desperye en horas laborales para que me atwndiera para iniciar mi estancia
Senti molestia de la recepcionista y me dio solo negativas. Muy mal rato me hizo pasar y solo me quede ahi la primer noche por que llegue a las 3 am del aeropuerto a esa hora es poco factible buscar otro hotel. Nl me respetaron la reservacion

El lugar estaba sucio, mal aislado, por lo que el ruido de la calle no me permitió descansar.

Las habitaciones tenían mal olor, me comentaron que eran las persianas pero todos los días tenían mal olor.
El personal de recepción siempre estaban de mal humor y no resolvían las dudas.
La maquina de café se habilitaba solo en el desayuno y el servicio de café era de la cafetera 24 horas, pero sabe esta horrible.
Precio elevado y el desayuno no es lo que esperabamos
