Great location, nice facilities, friendly staff.
Pros:

10 min walk to the Dumo. Elegant decoration. Great facilities.

Cons:

Narrow and dim alley. May not be safe in the night.

The staff are brilliant.
Pros:

The staff were excellent and sorted out immediately the only problem I had on this most recent visit.

Cons:

The Aircon wasn’t working in my room. They asked me to change rooms to solve the problem and permitted me to leave my possessions in the original room.

Elegant and comfortable property in the heart of the top shopping district, very walkable to La Scala and the Galleria.
Pros:

Excellent location, elegant hotel, nicely maintained and with a good and friendly staff.

Cons:

The room was on the small side though still comfortable, and the breakfast is a bit pricey.

Wish we stayed longer!
Pros:

This hotel is perfect! We were only in Milan for one afternoon and night and catching a flight the next morning. The hotel was so nice we wished we were staying there longer. If we go back, we will absolutely stay there again. In the short time we were there the staff were so kind and friendly and helpful. They even gave us a map and a perfect walking itinerary for the afternoon to see some major sites. The rooms and hotel are beautiful and the location is exceptional.

Pros:

Wunderschönes Hotel an perfekter Lage im Quartier Brera. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Grosses, schönes und stilvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist sehr teuer, auch wenn das Buffet gut und das Personal äusserst hilfsbereit ist. Im Badezimmer hat es wenig Möglichkeiten, Tücher aufzuhängen.

Pros:
