Flot og rent værelse. Gode senge. God beliggenhed. Virkelig venligt personale. God aften restaurant på hotellet og VIRKELIG god morgenmad. Vil klart vælge stedet en anden gang.

Pretty hotel, nice area, great breakfast
Pros:

Nice, friendly staff. Breakfast was great! A pretty hotel. Although a bit small ( you cannot lay out a large suitcase anywhere but on the bed) the room is very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

I was not happy that they charged extra for parking in their own lot, which only had two other cars in it.
As for the room, the bathroom has a sliding frosted glass door which provides very little privacy. I was there with my husband, so it wasn't terrible, but if you were sharing with a friend, it would be awkward. There was no bath mat (be sure to ask for one before you take a shower) and water just goes everywhere with these European showers. We couldn't find a thermostat in the room to regulate the temperature, so we had to open a window.
The elevator entrance on the lobby level was strange. You had to open a very heavy metal door to enter the elevator. Pretty difficult to do with suitcases and impossible for anybody who is handicapped.

Im Prinzip okay …
Pros:

Im Prinzip okay: Das Zimmer in einem separaten Neubau war zwar klein aber dies war ja der Information auf booking zu entnehmen und es reichte auch für ein oder zwei Nächte völlig aus. Das Bett war groß, super bequem und mit feiner Bettwäsche ausgestattet. Es gab gute Leselampen an beiden Seiten des Bettes (nicht selbstverständlich). Das Bad war perfekt mit traumhafter Dusche. Und beim reichhaltigen Frühstück haben wir nur bedauert, dass wir früh einen Zug erreichen mussten und nicht viel Zeit hatten, alles in Ruhe zu genießen.

Cons:

Aber! Beim Check-in versuchte die Rezeptionistin, uns ein vermeintliches Upgrade anzubieten - dies war eine sogenannte Junior Suite, die jedoch mit unangenehmem Teppichboden ausgestattet war. Wir hatten ausdrücklich um ein Zimmer ohne Teppich gebeten, deshalb eine bestimmte Kategorie gebucht und dies wurde uns telefonisch noch am Tag vorher bestätigt. Außerdem wies das Fenster der „Suite“ direkt auf die etwa zwei Meter hohe und laute Entlüftung des Restaurants unterhalb. Nur mit viel Nachdruck ist es uns gelungen, das Zimmer in der gebuchten Kategorie und Ausstattung zu erhalten. Das ist kein Service!
