Pros:

Lage ist super - sehr schönes Haus, sehr schöner grosszügiger Frühstücksraum, recht einfaches gutes Frühstück, ruhige Umgebung.

Cons:

Zimmer im EG haben etwas feucht gerochen. Morgens war es eher laut. Wir sind immer um kurz nach 7 vom Reinigungspersonal auf dem Gang geweckt worden.

Amazing hotel in Venice!
Pros:

Everything! The staff were amazing from when I checked in to even after I checked out as I was able to store my bag with them whilst I explored Venice for the day. The room was great with good air conditioning, a comfy bed and all the amenities that I needed. The location was good as it was close to the train station and walkable to all the main atttactions in the city. I felt very safe and comfortable throughout my stay and would definitely stay again!

Very nice clean and breakfast was very good
Pros:

It was very clean. The staff Adriano and manager or director Maurizio were very helpful courteous and friendly. Always willing to assist with whatever was needed. It was very quiet and a nice walk from the main tourist attractions.

Bom, mas poderia ter sido excelente
Pros:

Localização e café da manhã muito bons. O atendimento prestado pela funcionária chamada Eleni, que ajudou muito ao resolver problemas que identificamos no quarto/estadia.

Cons:

Quarto sem janelas (não pegue o inner room). A cabeceira das camas tem uma aba lateral que não permite acessar o criado-mudo sem se levantar da cama. Não tinha espelho para corpo inteiro no quarto, nem uma escrivaninha (embora tenha espaço para isso). Tivemos problemas com o acesso aos quartos (são com senha, mas as senhas não funcionavam e tivemos que recorrer a chaves normais).

Convenient hotel in the heart of Venice
Pros:

The staff was very kind. The location is great, near all the main attractions, yet in a quiet side street. Within the room the air conditioning worked great.

Cons:

The room (ground floor) was quite small and damp (it smelled). However, once we turned on the air conditioning the smell cleared within a few minutes.
