Da gusto ir a otra ciudad, que te atiendan cordialmente y educadamente.
Pros:

El personal muy atento, muy educado, super servicial, nos cambiaron a una habitación mejor, todo muy agradable, el desayuno muy bueno, nada de ruidos, volvere porque nos encanto. Fantastico.

Limpeza e a atenção dos funcionários.

Cons:

Banheiro muito pequeno e o box para tomar banho muito pequeno, limitando os movimentos do banho e impossível secar-se com a porta do box fechada.
Tive um problema com o fluxo de água do chuveiro que parecia entupido, solicitei ajuste mas não fui atendido, ou ajustaram e continuou entupido. Melhor o banho com o desviador (chuveirinho).

Nossa estadia foi excelente.
Pros:

Atendimento excelente,
Muito atenciosos, inclusive nos deixaram ocupar o quarto antes pois chegamos mais cedo.
Tudo perfeito, café ótimo, quarto, banheiro muito limpo e com roupa de cama e toalhas novas .

Ceiling of room very old wood, unpainted. Would prefer if it were painted, as most of the ceilings in the properties pictures are, it would feel cleaner, more hygienic.

A nice day convenient to main sites and transportation.
Pros:

Short walk from train station coming to Venice and short walk to bus station to get to the airport. Food nearby and convenient to vaporetto. Breakfast was good and room nicely appointed

Cons:

Not enough light in the room. Light in shower didn’t work.

La lampadina della lampada del comodino non funzionante, un tavolino nella camera da letto rovinato. ma la cosa che mi ha veramente meravigliato é stato il piumino del letto sporco. quando l'ho fatto presente al direttore, mi ha detto che non sono stata comprensiva . Comprensiva in un albergo che ha 4 stelle?
