We had such a nice time. The hosts were so kind and accomodating. We will be back in the spring!
Short walk from train station coming to Venice and short walk to bus station to get to the airport. Food nearby and convenient to vaporetto. Breakfast was good and room nicely appointed
Not enough light in the room. Light in shower didn’t work.
ho trovato il piumino del letto sporco . La lampadina della lampada del comodino non funzionante, un tavolino nella camera da letto rovinato. ma la cosa che mi ha veramente meravigliato é stato il piumino del letto sporco. quando l'ho fatto presente al direttore, mi ha detto che non sono stata comprensiva . Comprensiva in un albergo che ha 4 stelle?

El desayuno buffet podria tener productos de mejor calidad y sobre todo mejor café
-great location of the hotel, due to the proximity of the Ponte di Rialto and the Venezia Santa Lucia Train Station
-we booked the superior double rooms and it was a good choice, as the hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable
-second-floor rooms offer a nice view
-comfortable hotel mattresses / beds
-hotel phones were not working, so we couldn't reach the front desk
-hotel lift not working either
-upon arrival heating did not work in one of the hotel rooms booked, so we had to go down to get some help
-hotel breakfast choices were very limited
-when checking out, the front desk clerk wanted to double charge us for breakfast, even though we had booked the hotel rooms with breakfast included in the price; the issue was finally clarified, but the hotel is not one I would return to
Posizione comoda, struttura molto silenziosa, Camera piccola, ma confortevole e con parquet (che a Venezia è una rarità!). Personale molto cortese.
Ascensore fuori servizio per 4 giorni. In camera spazio intorno al letto insufficiente. Cuscini (per noi) scomodissimi, ma in hotel non ci sono alternative. Set da bagno inesistenti (se non le cuffie per la doccia)
