Er waren wel wat dingetjes stuk. Niks heel erg, maar toch jammer. De hoofdlamp in de kamer, de zeephouder, de toiletrolhouder, het slot van de badkamerdeur, de deur van het ijskastje…
The staff was very helpful
The gentleman at the property was extremely polite, kind and helpful. The location was also very convenient, with easy walking access to the train station and the city centre. The breakfast was simple but sufficient and overall enjoyable.
We stayed during a very hot period, and unfortunately the cooling system in the room was not strong enough to keep the room comfortable. It was so warm that we had to wear very little clothing while staying in the room. The breakfast area also did not have self-service machines. For example, we had to ask the staff whenever we wanted coffee, as the coffee machine was not available for guests to use directly.
The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful and even arranged our travel to the airport on our last morning which helped enormously. The location is just a few minutes walk from a water taxi stop on line 1 which helped to get around the city.
