Homewood Suites by Hilton Fort Collins

The room was a good size.

Genügend Parkplatz, alle freundlich, tolles großes Studio, sehr gutes amerikanisches Frühstück, Management reagiert schnell und effizient auf Reklamationen, so bezogen wir für 2 Nächte 3 frisch gemachte Zimmer.

The location was perfect for exploring Ft Collins and the surrounding area. Close to a large selection of restaurants, big box stores, highways and the historic downtown [less than 10 minutes away].
Beds were very comfy and bedding was cozy.
Front desk person, Adam, was extremely helpful throughout the stay. He even helped me as we ran through the airport to extend the reservation and upgrade to a larger room. The evening person on Monday & Tuesday, a white woman with long brown hair, was disengaged, focused on personal things and not helpful.
The breakfast during the week was excellent and the attendant very responsive. The week-end person was not trained, did not know the layout, didn't put out the signs indicating what the foods were, allowed the pans to become empty before refilling them, have any overnight oats or chia pudding and in general struggled.
The rooms were clean & well stocked upon arrival. After our every other day cleaning, the supplies [make up removers, soap, 3 towel sets] were not replaced.
The pool area was clean and well stocked with towels. The spa was the right temp and very relaxing.

There was blood stains on the bedding, the breakfast was horrible. People came in and left to IHOP. We have stayed in other places from them and they have been clean and food was good. Just shocked about the conditions

It was not a good experience. This staff was very rude.The only people that were nice were the maintenance staff.

It was ok not sure worth the money. The curtains didn’t shut tight big gap I used hair ties to close them. The bathroom outlet didn’t work made for drying hair difficult.

This is a wonderful place to stay! The king suite is spacious and quiet. Must say the bed is so comfortable I hated to leave it. Will be staying here again for sure.

Our experience here was terrible. When I arrived to check in, I was told I couldn’t because the reservation was in my husband’s name. After 4:00 PM, when my husband called, suddenly they allowed me to check in.

The real problem was the room itself. When I got there, the door was standing open. I tried to close it but it wouldn’t latch. Even worse, the door didn’t lock from the outside at all – every time we left, it could be pushed open with a hard shove. This was a huge safety issue.

I went back to the front desk and was told maintenance would look at it. An hour later, with no update, I returned to the room. The door was shut but still hard to open and still wouldn’t close or lock without lifting one side.

When I raised my concerns again, the front desk staff basically said they didn’t know how to help, that “the door closes” and I could just use the latch from the inside. We asked to be moved to another room but were told they couldn’t do that, even though the door was clearly broken.

We ended up leaving and canceling our reservation with no promise of a refund. Between the major safety issue and the unhelpful service, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had.
