Alles sehr sauber, freundliches Personal, große Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet, vieles fußläufig erreichbar

Cons:

Leider hat man immer Zimmer den Straßenlärm von früh morgens bis spät abends recht laut gehört
Frühstücksbuffet wurde leider nicht aufgefüllt, war aber trotzdem viel Auswahl
Es könnten mehr Pflegeprodukte wie Conditioner oder Bodylotion angeboten werden, auch ein oder zwei Haken im Bad wären super, das ist allerdings meckern auf hohem Niveau

L'ensemble de notre séjour c'est bien passer, nous ne somme pas venus à Casablanca pour la chambre.
Pros:

Bon petit déjeuner, le personnel serviable est à votre disposition pour vous préparer l'omelette à votre choix et on trouve un peut de spécialités du pays.

Cons:

En choisissant un logement agréable et confortable"Une suite" et vous vous retrouver avec une grande chambre. pour ma part ce n'est pas une suite, pas de fauteuil ou encore un petit canapé.. Dans cette grande chambre vous avez qu'une chaise. Pas de petite table ou d'une autre chaise pur votre partenaire. Le réfrigérateur, refroidi température ambiante...

A comfortable stay with friendly staff in Casablanca
Pros:

The location was good, it was a relatively short walk to the medina. There was a Carrefour nearby for picking up snacks. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was nice and clean, and the shower was amazing. We were a little sick so it was important that it was a comfortable place to relax and it was.

Cons:

The triple room was a double room with a foldout bed. The foldout bed wasn't terribly comfortable and there weren't any outlets for charging nearby. There was too much cigarette smoking in the rooftop bar for it to be comfortable.

The location is great in the best part of Casablanca.
There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The housekeeper was crazy.
She opened the door while we were in the bed. I got up and closed the door immediately. Then opened it to ask what she need. She showed the bathrobe and I understood that she needs to change it. I said that i don’t need the bathrobe but she pushed the door and me while i was half naked and went to the bathroom and changed it. I was shocked.
