Hôtel bien situé, facilité pour rejoindre différents sites et hôtel très sympathique
L’accueil, la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel, la situation géographique, le confort, le petit déjeuner copieux, enfin presque tout…
Quelques petits détails, manque de porte serviette dans la salle de bain ainsi que de porte savon, pas assez de prises électriques

No es culpa de el hotel, pero esperaba de usar el rooftop pero estaba cerrado por el Ramadán como muchos otros sitios en la ciudad
The hotel is amazing- not only a central and location, lovely staff, but also great food and drinks at the rooftop.
Big buffet and variety breakfast
Normally i do not write reviews but i felt i had to share my experience this time.When we entered through the door we were welcomed nicely and instructed for our room and the room itself and the standards are high and what you would expect from a 4 star hotel.
Unfortunately we had a request because my girlfriend is Muslim to just get something small some fruits or something the night before nothing special or early morning , the request was swiftly denied and the lady at the reception did not show any effort to help even though in the rooms service menus they have Ramadan menus and Quran.
So far we had great experiences in morocco in different riads and hotels for that request and its a shame such a small thing can ruin our experience not for the denied request but for not even bothering to see or ask someone about it .
The lady at desk said to us because we booked via booking we should contact them even though they are proud to put the booking score in the reception.
Helpful and professional at the same time their going the extra mile is nonexistent.
