Well located and good hotel.
Pros:

Located right on the banks of the Mississippi River. Easy check in and parking.

The location was quite lovely, parking was easy, Check In took seconds.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at the Hotel.

Don't buy the water
Pros:

Everything about around 10 the hotel was great beds, cleanliness, views, breakfast.

Cons:

Around 10pm on 3/14/26 we arrived back at hotel went to sundry for 2 bottles of water had to wait approx 15 minutes for an employee to wait on me. I asked how much the 2 bottles of water was and was told $10 I was in awe When I checked out this morning I asked employee how much was a bottle of water & was told $3.75 Should have been offered another bottle of water to make up for being over charged but wasnt even given an apology.

It’s a nice hotel, downtown, and a perfect location next to the river.

Cons:

For the type of image the hotel is trying to portray it needs to step up its restaurant facilities as an “order what you want from a menu” style. Make a big deal of it and open it up to the public. I know the food can be good as you host luncheons and the like. Maybe like Hilton Garden Inn does, at least.

Great location, it was very nice to have parking and breakfast available.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the shower products were very watered down and placed at Kenny’s level in the tub. The product just ran out my fingers because it was watered down and it was uncomfortable to bend so low as to catch the product in my palm as opposed to my fingers. Also would like USB charging capabilities at the bed stand and that another meat, other than sausage, was available at breakfast.

Disappointed with the maintenance of a fine hotel.
Pros:

Excellent location. Room view. Quiet.

Cons:

Poorly maintained. Bathroom sink was cracked and chipped. Bathroom mirror was damaged. Caulking around tub was loose and missing. Obvious dust around the base of the furniture. Elevator down the first day.
