Danah at reception was really helpful and offered us an upgrade which was amazing. Location was great, near the metro, shopping and dining options. Room was really spacious with a view of the pool area. Breakfast was really nice and offered a range of hot and cold food.
나는 1 room Superior Room, 1 King Bed를 예약했다. 받은 것은 작은 침대 3개. 페밀리룸 옆방이다. 옆방과 연결된 문이 있다. 소음이 들린다. 곰팡이 냄새가 많이 난다. TV는 리모컨이 없다. 나는 코드를 뽑았다. 전기주전자 뚜껑은 파손된 상태로 있다.
Check in was swift. Lutful from housekeeping was very attentive. Generally the staff was pleasant

The hotel was in a convenient location with few metres from a metro and a big mall which had plenty of dining options.
The staff were friendly right from the day we entered to when we left. Rooms were thoroughly cleaned everyday, giving a fresh look when we came back to the hotel later in the evening. Thank you Dinesh and Hafiz.

The hotel is in close proximity to the airport, shopping centres, sightseeing, transport etc. There is a large swimming pool and lounging area. There are dining options too. The staff were always polite and willing to help. Special mention to Shadab who assisted with our late night check-in and made the process very easy. We appreciated the up-grade too. We would stay at the Copthorne Hotel again when staying in Dubai.

The pictures doesn't describe how the rooms look in reality! It was an average hotel room but I like where the hotel located and the service around it. Mosque, metro and a mall all of them are in a walking distance and that was the best part.
