Nice hotel and great visit.
Pros:

Checkin clerk was brilliant, friendly, responsive and on top of things. Breakfast was good. Hot water for tea available and loved the cold water with lemon in the lobby. Lobby was beautiful and a joy to sit in. The jacuzi was a surprise and the room was roomy.

Cons:

Another chair in the room would have been nice.

Beautiful views of the mountains, yummy breakfast buffet, and nice pool area
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was included and was wonderful! There was a wide assortment of breakfast options, and the quality was great. The staff kept everything stocked well. The pool area was nice and clean. The room was comfortable. The location is quiet and has a beautiful view of the Snowy Range Mountains and Jelm Mountain. Would recommend!

We stay there all the time when we go to Laramie. Staff is always friendly rooms are always clean building is always clean lots of parking.

over all it was a good experience

Did not eat breakfast, but what I saw looked good.

Cons:

The toilet in the handicap room is a regular one not one of the taller ones, and it was also loose on the floor.

Awesome place to stay just skip the hot tub
Pros:

Clean and welcoming lobby. The room was comfortable for my 3 boys and I. The breakfast was great and the location felt safe.

Cons:

My only complaint was the hot tub. The water was very foggy and there was so much foam on top that I didn’t get in.
