Pros:

Staff qualificato e gentile , colazione ricca e varia

Cons:

L'aria condizionata, avrei preferito che all'ingresso in camera alle 21 di sera fosse già accesa, invece la camera era bollente e per fare scendere la temperatura c'è voluto un bel po' e comunque molto rumoroso, consiglio i tappi alle orecchie.

Hotel bem localizado com quartos espaçosos
Pros:

O hotel é muito bom, tivemos um ótimo atendimento na chegada e saída, o café da manhã é mais estilo internacional, com frutas e boa variedade. O hotel conta com um jardim muito legal para quem viaja com mais tempo. Tem supermercado e vários restaurantes bem próximos ao hotel, também foi bem fácil estacionar nas proximidades do hotel (de forma gratuita). Quarto era bem espaçoso.

Cons:

O ar condicionado estava pingando durante o uso e algumas luzes de aparelhos eletrônicos incomodaram um pouco durante à noite.

Could of gotten better for the same value

Cons:

The air conditioning did not work after 11 pm do it was extremely hot and we could not sleep. The next day the clerk said he would have sent maintenance but we were 3 girls alone in the room so I did not call to notify them.
No iron in the room
They did not accept best western rewards card
Family of five so I had to rent 2 rooms and it was VERY expensive
