Had to pay in full at times of booking
Dinner was good food and service very friendly.
Staff all friendly.
Linen good and a spacious room.
Good bathroom products.
Room needed a little updating. Had a bit of a dated smell rather than a pleasant aroma.
Table and chairs would be good to sit at.
Bed good but a soft mattress topper would make it more comfortable.
Coffee maker with filtered coffee or pods would be much better...it's standard in most homes now.
Air conditioner effective but very noisy.
Shower leaked out so bath mat was not efficient enough to contain the dampness of the floor.

It’s gardens and I paid $60 upgrade to have a balcony room and a bath
Pillows can be tricky I’ll take my own next visit and the quilt cover is excessive around my face not a plush thick quilt but I got the blanket from the cupboard so cosy
Super comfy bed and the black out curtains were amazing !

Shower. To turn the tap you have to put your hand through running water which is cold at start. There is no hand held shower head, important for women.
The hotel offered a pleasant and relaxing stay. Although it is located slightly out of town, it was still an easy walk to the beach and the bowling club, making it convenient without being right in the middle of the busy area.
The grounds were lovely and surprisingly quiet considering the property is located on a main road. Our room was clean, spacious and included a balcony, which was a nice addition. A screen on the balcony door would have made it even better, particularly for enjoying the fresh air.
The room had basic facilities including a microwave, coffee cups and wine glasses, although crockery and cutlery were not provided. The air conditioning was louder than usual and did not seem particularly effective, which was a little disappointing.
Overall though, it was a comfortable stay and somewhere we would happily return to.
