Pros:

Last minute stay to port out of Mobile. Great staff, clean room, comfortable bed, and good breakfast. Stay was a great value.

Cons:

Had just a little problem finding the hotel, but would definitely stay again.

Location and breakfast were fine especially the 05:00 breakfast start time.

Cons:

The price. I paid more money for this room than the Sleep Inn and I liked the Sleep Inn better. Parking was also scattered.

This was the worst stay of all my stays.
Pros:

There was nothing I liked about the property

Cons:

We were in town for a family member’s funeral. The wait to check in was 45 minutes. The lady at the front desk apologized because she was the only staff member. Once we were checked in, we were unable to take the elevator to the 2nd floor because it was broken. The front desk associate went into an electrical closet next to the elevator and restarted the elevator; however the elevator did work. Once we got to the second floor, we observed the housekeeping staff sitting on the floor at the corner the hallway;of course we were startled. We finally got to our room. Upon entering the room the most horrible odor met us at the door like a moldy smell. The bed sheets were old and worn out with pieces of hair throughout. Once we were head back downstairs, the elevator did not work, so we used the stairs. I was concerned about my mother because she has issues with her knees which made it difficult for her to use the stairs. After further evaluation; we decided to check out. We found a better hotel in the local area. I do not recommend this place for a stay and I will never return.

Pros:

The room was big and very nice. The bed could have had a little more padding and the pillows were small and lumpy. The staff was wonderful especially Diane who took the time to make us fresh coffee. Thank you!
