Great Wellington location. On-site parking a bonus. Decor in reception, bar and main area of room really appealing. Front reception team very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom was a major disappointment. It seemed liked it had been forgotten in the room renovation. Outdated and tired - didn’t match the vibe of the main room. The “shub” (shower in tub) was difficult to climb into and after showering the floor was covered in water and the toilet roll was wet. Tile grout didn’t look clean, but this could be age more than mould.

Lovely hotel, beautiful decor, very comfortable. Would return anytime.
Pros:

The bed was so comfortable I had a great sleep. The rooms are a good size also.

Cons:

No cutlery or crockery in the kitchenette. No ironing board or iron either.

Nice comfortable room, central location
Pros:

The reception staff were lovely and welcoming. The nearby parking was handy. Clean, comfortable room, lots of food options within walking distance.

Cons:

Shower head wasn't adjustable so even with all doors closed, the water just escapes everywhere! Didn't bother us for just a one night stay but must annoy the cleaners. Also, the indoor pool is not heated which is a shame, surely too cold to ever really use? (The kids were looking forward to it)

All and all we had an amazing stay and would def book again.
Pros:

Had an amazing stay! Staff went above and beyond for my kids.

Cons:

The pool is not heated (main reason I booked this hotel) and there is no spa. However the kids still swam and had a great time.

The room is good and tidy.
Pros:

We got lost because the GPS took us round and roun circles. We went round 3 times until I calked the reception to ask for tge address, the another round circles before I saw tge Street the parking is the main issue and it was raining.
I was expecting breakfast was included with the rate of our room at what stated on tge booking site. 'Breakfast included'.
