Close to airport, but water shut off and no discount on room rate.

Cons:

The water had been turned off and we were not given any notice. I believe they should have refunded us or given us some sort of discount on room.

My reservation was cancelled for no reason. John sent an email to tell me my payment was declined so I called him to say

Cons:

The staff member John who canceled my reservation after an 11 hour drive because he couldn’t find my payment after I sent him the receipt. His competence level is less than mentally challenged.

Great room, clean facility, delicious breakfast
Pros:

Room was sizable enough for family of 5. Traveling for medical reasons for my husband with brain cancer to go to UF health. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Great breakfast

Cons:

Ice machine on 3rd and 4th floor only. But it is still a great place to stay. No real complaints! Clean rooms.
