Disappointing

Stayed 3 days, housekeeping NEVER came. Had to request fresh towels from the front desk multiple times. Trash cans were full our entire stay. Requested housekeeping THREE TIMES and no one ever came. They then asked me how I️ knew no one came?? MAYBE BECAUSE THE BEDS, TRASH CANS, DIRTY TOWELS ON THE FLOOR WERE NEVER TOUCHED. As a Marriott Bonvoy member I️ will never stay here again.

I will not use booking.com or stay at springhill suites in Jackson airport again
Pros:

The location was good, there was plenty of parking, the room size and layout was good

Cons:

The hallway had a funky smell to it, then our second morning found 2 cockroaches in the room, so we canceled the third night but we booked through booking.com so the hotel couldn’t give us a refund directly. Booking.com sent the hotel an email to confirm the incident and refund but after the manager told me they would refund it they would not confirm the email, so I got a $30 credit on a $140 room.

I stayed there for one night after a long, delayed flight. It was the cheapest option close to the airport for that night, and the check-in was very quick – exactly what you want after a long journey.
