If Rena is manager stay away she does not care about hospitality at all
Pros:

Location breakfast was very good and Linda did a great job wish the check in person told us breakfast stops at 9am. nice room except for the cockroach in the bathroom and the light that did not work over the refrigerator and microwave and the room phone that the cord you had to hold in to the headset over 15 minutes to call the front desk and no one answered phone issues. The lady at the front desk that came up to check on our room should be manage very nice. Had room checked as I did not trust Rena would have trashed it and blamed it on us.

Cons:

The manager Rena Hilty VERY RUDE no hospitality blames the customer when her staff did not do their job. Another family came down at 9:05 no breakfast guess they were not told about breakfast ending at 9am either

Pros:

Clean room, very nice complimentary breakfast(they had real bacon), friendly staff, I like the daybed with the pull out bed underneath, nice gym, and no weed smell in the hallways.

Cons:

The elevator was making a weird sound.
