O gerente de plantão, na nossa chegada ao hotel nao aceitou a reserva do Booking e resolveu cobrar a tarifa cheia. Como era feriado de 4 julho, por volta das 16 horas, fomos obrigados a aceitar. Um picareta esse gerente

A comfortable and convenient stay, with the only downside being a frustrating billing issue.
Pros:

The hotel was easy to find, comfortable, and met our family's needs for an overnight stay after attending an event nearby. Everything about the room and the stay itself was exactly what we were looking for, and the location was convenient for our plans.

Cons:

The only issue was with billing. We had prepaid for the room through Booking.com, but after our stay, the hotel charged our card again because they were having trouble processing the payment method provided by Booking.com. The charge was eventually reversed after several phone calls. Still, it was frustrating that we had to spend time resolving an issue between the hotel and its booking partner rather than having it handled behind the scenes.

Like we said Everything AWESOME!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were given a room where we did not have to walk far and our vehicle was a good walking distance. The hotel staff checked on us through text.

Cons:

Everything was good for us. The location was expectational for us to go get something to eat or enjoy a place for us to enjoy ourselves.

The location was very convenient for shopping and dining. The hot breakfast was tasty and the overall ambience was great! It was very clean and my King room was spacious!
