definitely exceeded my expectations on the rooms, they were absolutely stunning and seemingly new especially good for the price
breakfast was a little sad
The decor and ambiance
Remodeling so not all amenities were ready
No working air conditioning was extremely disappointing. Other than that, the hotel was acceptable. Room was clean and modern.
It was across from the Orpheum.
There was no air conditioning, it took us almost 40 minutes to check in and the trash outside our room never got picked up for the days we were there.
Front desk receptionist Tiffany was great.
No air conditioning. Room was very hot.
Location was perfect. Room was spacious and clean. Shower was excellent.
The room was very hot and controlled through central control. No fan or air conditioning. Breakfast was meager and lacked any milk for the cereal.
The staff was friendly, I feel for them. The location is good. And I will agree with other reviewers that the shower is great. But that's where any positives end.
The property seemed worn down. There were broken, marred, or stained things throughout. The TV in my room didn't work, not the biggest deal, I guess. The phone I tried to use to call the front desk about previously mentioned non-working TV also didn't work. Several light switches in the room did nothing (a red flag indicating a property that hasn't been updated). But worst of all, the AC didn't work. My room was in the low 80s all night. I tried opening the windows (almost every room I could see from mine did the same) but it didn't really help, plus there were a group of people having a good time, but also being loud directly below in the courtyard.
It was so uncomfortable that I left half way through my reservation. Hopefully Booking will get me a refund, but even if not, this hotel was absolutely not worth staying in for a 2nd night. I will not be back.
Easy outdoor or Skywalk cruise to Target Field. The host at the desk was very nice.
The ac wasn't on in the building, so it was soft.
Room was large and had a balcony. Bathroom had a nice tub.
It was 86 degrees in the room with no ac or any fans. Checking in i was charged multiple times.
I don't know what hotel the positive reviewers were staying at, but it wasn't the Chambers. It's a dump! Worn out all over. Half the light switches do nothing. But worst of all the AC doesn't work. The TV doesn't work. The phone to report those things not working, doesn't work. Yes, the staff was friendly. But it's like 80 degrees in my room at almost 11pm. I'm not sleeping. I have 2 nights non-refundable but I'm seriously considering just leaving and eating the 2nd night. I will not be back.
The bed was extremely comfy. The location was great, only 6 blocks to.our destination. Very friendly hotel.staff.
The bathroom door was hard to.close and open.
Convenient, clean, room lay out, comfortable bed, awesome shower, actual hot water! And the best hotel coffee I have ever had.
Some HVAC work is a need! Room was stuffy and hot.
Great location in downtown. Many restaurants and venues in walking distance
Minimalistic breakfast, no bar or restaurant available, rooms are functional - expected more from a boutique style hotel
location excellent
Convenient to the Target center
TV’s not working during playoffs season
