Awesome location, everything at your fingertips
Pros:

Location to the arena for concerts and Timberwolves action. Parking lot is next door and about $12 overnight! They also have a continental breakfast with yogurt, cereal, juices etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice and clean hotel, with large rooms.
Pros:

Nice and clean hotel. Large room. Although Booking.com mentioned that the Breakfast cost is additional but the hotel provided complimentary breakfast. Though the breakfast was not fancy at all. It was a cold breakfast. But getting something is better than nothing.

Cons:

It was a good walking distance from Convention Center. Also they don't do housekeeping on daily basis. On checking about it at Front Desk, the person told that one needs to ask for it. This was never clarified at the time of Check-in.

Pros:

It is located in a great area for walking to restaurants or shopping. It’s can be a little loud at night from street traffic but you’re downtown!

I’d stay again. Location is fantastic for the theater district as well as Target Center

Pros:

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The desk clerk was friendly, professional and helpful. I like the location because it was across from thr Orpheum theater were I attended an event. Close to a lot of restaurants. There was a small fridge in my room. That is an A+++++ in my book because I have two injectable medications that need to be refrigerated. So KUDOS for that!

Cons:

I was a little disappointed that my room didn't have a bathtub. Not sure if the rest of the rooms only had showers as well. But I was content with the shower. Also no microwave in room. There is one in the lobby by the elevators, so if you want to heat something up, you have to go to the lobby.
