Obwohl wir bereits mehrfach in diesem Hotel übernachtet haben,bekamen wir in der gebuchten Kategorie ein Zimmer direkt über dem Kücheneingang. Auf Nachfrage, ob wir ein Zimmer in einer oberen Etage beziehen könnten , wurden wir darauf hingewiesen dass wir ja über booking
