High quality
Pros:

Great staff and location with fabulous food in the restaurant. The villa was great (but see below)

Cons:

The villa didnt have the storage to enable us to unpack so we lived out of the suitcases all week which was a real let down for somewhere that was so nice. Much of the limited cupboarding that was in the villa was being used by the staff.

Erholsamer Urlaub in perfekter Hotelanlage
Pros:

Sehr schöne, ruhig gelegene, top ausgestattete und außerordentlich gepflegte Hotelanlage mit großem Pool. Der Strand auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Das dazugehörige Beachrestaurant/ die Beachbar war Ende Oktober leider schon, aber verständlicherweise, geschlossen.

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Qualität entspricht nicht der angegebenen Kategorie

Die Lage ist sehr gut, wunderschöner Blick aufs Meer, auch wenn der Strand eher weniger umwerfend ist

Cons:

Definitiv nicht das, was man von einem 5Sterne Hotel erwarten würde. Insgesamt ein etwas aufgehübschtes, aber sehr spießieg angestaubtes, steifes Hotel, das Personal hochnäsig und griesgrämig, dem es wichtiger ist, die Kleiderordnung beim Abendessen (geschlossene Schuhe) durchzusetzen. Auch an der Rezeption wenig Engagement. Die Küche ließ für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig, beim Frühstück waren viele Lebensmittel abgepackt (es gab zwar 10 verschiedene Kuchensorten, sie waren aber fast alle- genauso wie der Räucherlachs- auf Aluunterlagen auf den Tellern präsentiert. Keine Besonderheiten, sehr überschaubares Büffet. Genauso beim Abendessen, das zwar ganz nett angerichtet war, bei dem vieles aber eher so wirkte, als wäre es gehobeneres convenience Food vom Restaurantgroßhandel und nicht frisch zubereitet. In den meisten 4 Sterne Hotels habe ich besser gegessen.
Der Spa Bereich ist lieblos und überschaubar mit extrem überteuerten Massageangeboten, im Fitnessraum stehen gerade mal 1 Laufband, 1 Fahrrad und ein paar Hanteln und er wirkt ein bisschen wie ein Abstellraum.
Wir waren nach unserem Aufenthalt noch in einem 4sterne Hotel im Süden von Sardinien, das war nicht nur günstiger, sondern um Längen schöner, besseres Essen, freundlicheres Ambiente und fröhliches Personal.

Schönes, aber etwas überteuertes Hotel mit guter Küche.
Pros:

Ruhig und idyllisch in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand gelegenes Hotel mit Haupthaus sowie mehreren kleinen Apartments/Villen am benachbarten Hang.
Sehr gute Küche. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

An der Straßenecke ca. 70m vorm Hotel lag die komplette Woche ein Haufen Müll. Sicher gehört das nicht direkt zum Hotel, aber der Anblick von einem Berg Müll direkt in der Zufahrt vorm Hotel ist schon ziemlich ungewöhnlich und erbärmlich. Das sollte man schon allein aus Imagegründen beräumen (lassen).
Für ein 5-Sterne-Ressort fehlt es doch an einigem Komfort.
Es war einige Zeit recht kalt. Die Klimatechnik brachte nur kalte Luft und wurde erst auf Anfrage durch einen Techniker auf „Wärme“/Heizen umgestellt. Das allerdings zügig.
Nach einem Regentag wurde eine Wand nass (innen) und oberhalb der Eingangstür tropfte es aus der Wand auf die Türschwelle.
Das Appartement hat 2 Etagen - die untere ist sehr düster und nur durch die komplett zu öffnende Tür zu belüften - kein Fenster oder eine Kippfunktion.
Zum Teil sind die Fugen in Bad und WC vergilbt und sehen teilweise etwas „runtergekommen“ aus.

A relaxing week
Pros:

The staff are absolutely exceptional, professional, warm, efficient. The gardens and outdoor areas are beautifully kept and furnished. The food /dinners were good, half board is very good value.

Cons:

The reception area, restaurant, bedrooms and hallways are all VERY dated, old fashioned and in need of major investment. The air conditioning or lack of in gym and bedroom. The property is a bit isolated and taxis are expensive. Hire a car and bring your driving license!!

Erholung pur!
Pros:

Es ist ein außergewöhnlicher Ort mit außergewöhnlichen Menschen. Wir waren in diesem Jahr zwei Mal in diesem Hotel. Das erste Mal waren wir derart begeistert, dass wir uns ein zweites Mal spontan entschlossen haben, noch einmal diesen Ort zu genießen. Und es hat sich auch beim zweiten Mal gelohnt.
Sauberkeit, Essen, Freundlichkeit und das Zimmer waren tadellos. Beeindruckend!

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage am Meer!
Pros:

Das Personal war überaus höflich und zuvorkommend! Die Aussicht vom Balkon sehr schön aufs Meer und die Betten waren sehr bequem! Das Essen ausgezeichnet - nur das Rind war leider etwas zu durchgebraten! Fisch und Pasta waren immer perfekt!

Cons:

Das Badezimmer hätte für diese Preisklasse etwas größer und luxuriöser sein können! Mein Bad zu Hause ist schöner!
