Great hotel would come back
Pros:

We ate at the restaurant every morning and we loved it! Staff was outstanding

Cons:

The pool water was way too cold. My grandkids were very disappointed

Nightmare room.
Pros:

The location, everything was in walking distance.

Cons:

The AC in the room, the refrigerator didn't cool ansalso towels had dried up blood on it. Hair left from previous guests. When they fixed the refrigerator they adjusted settings too cold and froze medication I had.

My stay was exactly what I needed, fun, relaxing and family, friendly.
Pros:

This hotel‘s aesthetic is absolutely stunning. The staff were very helpful and pleasant to work with. The location of the hotel is also very noteworthy as it has easy access to several restaurants, shopping and local beaches are around 15 minutes away.
