To much money that we pay for and we got really bad quality experience at this location

Great Location and Clean Rooms

I really enjoyed the hotel location and accommodations especially the free parking and location to shops and other restaurants. The staff was very professional and helpful.

The location was excellent and parking plentiful and free.

Cons:

The hotel carpet definitely was showing wear and tear in the guest rooms. Our bedroom drawer didn't close and the bathroom floor had a red stain on it.

Pros:

We have stayed at this Westin annually for 15 years. It used to feel like a high-end Westin. The hotel is now feeling very worn and weary. The furniture is shabby. The walls are bare. But, the staff is terrific and the location is ideal.

Terrible Service. Sad when it could have been so good!
Pros:

Please don't waste your money. This is terrible value. The staff are rude and unhelpful.
The rooms are dark. The bathrooms are also dark.
The elevators tend not to work and there are no obvious stairs to use.
This really ruined our stay at Virginia Beach.

Wonderful
Pros:

We loved the whole staff.
Two requests we made at the front desk (minor issue with the shower and need for a lighter blanket) were met with smiles and assurances that they would be taken care of. And they were.
All of the staff we encountered greeted us with welcoming smiles. The restaurant staff was even willing to serve us breakfast even after we unwittingly came too late! It made our stay so enjoyable. We will be back.
