Acceptable
Pros:

I stayed here one evening while in town for meetings. This hotel is connected to a large mixed-used town center area with many shops and lots of great restaurants. There is a parking garage attached to it which I wasn’t charged to park in. I got there very early, around 8:30AM on a weekday and my room wasn’t ready, so I hung out in a business area next to the desk where I was able to work while I waited. My room came available around 11:30 and the rest of the check-in process was very smooth, helpful, and friendly.

The room was just “ok” but was dated and in need of maintenance. The TV’s remote was tough to use, you had to mash the buttons to make it work. The bed was comfy. There was minimal lighting in the room and the sconce in the entryway area wasn’t working. The room was definitely in need of being updated.

Overall, it was ok, but for the price, not much with it. There are many other options in the area.

Pros:

I was very disappointed with my stay at this Westin, especially considering it markets itself as a 4-star hotel. The overall condition of the property felt outdated and poorly maintained. The gym floor was visibly dirty, and the rooms were dusty. While the bed was comfortable, much of the furniture and fixtures felt antiquated and were literally falling apart.

The restaurant experience was also uncomfortable — it was so cold inside that they had to use small portable heaters, which made it feel unprofessional and uninviting.

For the price, this stay did not meet expectations at all. The property is in need of significant updates and better housekeeping standards. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here.

The facility was very nice.

Cons:

The day of arrival, the weather was cold and windy. I struggled to get my luggage into the front lobby. The staff never offered to help and without other guests assisting me with the doors that were very difficult open due to the wind, I would not have been able to get into the lobby. The wind wedged the cart in the doors. I saw the 2 front desk clerks and the a man at the desk look and all ignored my request for help. It was really quite odd and embarrassing. Had I not had a meeting the next day and travelling with a colleague (who was parking the car). I would have left the hotel.

Pros:

The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. The restaurant staff and Marketplace staff were awesome as well. The food at the restaurant was great, and I enjoyed taking a tour of the property. The facility was clean for the most part, and the weight room and pool areas were very nice and well maintained.

Cons:

I wouldn’t say that I disliked the experience; however, there was a leak beneath our room, and the front desk called in the middle of the night to ask whether we had used the shower, toilet, or sink, and if we noticed any leaking around the bathroom. While understandable, the situation created a bit more caution than comfort during the stay.

Relaxing and pleasant. Safe and felt like there was attention to detail to this location.

Initially I brought my card didn't work for my room, I had to bring it back down to get this fixed. Then tried again and still didn't work and had to come down a third time which I was told they gave me the wrong room number. Then I came back a fourth time because my key wouldn't get me access to the gym/pool. Not a huge deal but would be good to get this ironed. out.

Cons:

Room soundproofing was poor, cleanliness was not up to standard for a 4-star accomodation, room allocation was poor even though I requested for high floor and quiet room, no staff to bring luggage and guide us up to the rooms (essentially non-existent service other than the reception), no provisions provided in the rooms even though it is a 4-star accomodation, not value for money for USD $500 per night, bottled water was not topped up after daily room cleaning

The two gentlemen DJ and Gayland were fantastic desk personnel. The were friendly, helpful, and funny!
Pros:

Very pretty and location was great.

Cons:

Bathtub and shower were small. The tub curves and is a little uncomfortable to stand in.
