The facility was very nice.

Cons:

The day of arrival, the weather was cold and windy. I struggled to get my luggage into the front lobby. The staff never offered to help and without other guests assisting me with the doors that were very difficult open due to the wind, I would not have been able to get into the lobby. The wind wedged the cart in the doors. I saw the 2 front desk clerks and the a man at the desk look and all ignored my request for help. It was really quite odd and embarrassing. Had I not had a meeting the next day and travelling with a colleague (who was parking the car). I would have left the hotel.

Pros:

The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. The restaurant staff and Marketplace staff were awesome as well. The food at the restaurant was great, and I enjoyed taking a tour of the property. The facility was clean for the most part, and the weight room and pool areas were very nice and well maintained.

Cons:

I wouldn’t say that I disliked the experience; however, there was a leak beneath our room, and the front desk called in the middle of the night to ask whether we had used the shower, toilet, or sink, and if we noticed any leaking around the bathroom. While understandable, the situation created a bit more caution than comfort during the stay.

Relaxing and pleasant. Safe and felt like there was attention to detail to this location.

Liked the decor, the pool, and location.

Cons:

Initially I brought my card didn't work for my room, I had to bring it back down to get this fixed. Then tried again and still didn't work and had to come down a third time which I was told they gave me the wrong room number. Then I came back a fourth time because my key wouldn't get me access to the gym/pool. Not a huge deal but would be good to get this ironed. out.

Not up to standard for a 4-star hotel and not value for money at the price paid.
Pros:

Location in town centre was good

Cons:

Room soundproofing was poor, cleanliness was not up to standard for a 4-star accomodation, room allocation was poor even though I requested for high floor and quiet room, no staff to bring luggage and guide us up to the rooms (essentially non-existent service other than the reception), no provisions provided in the rooms even though it is a 4-star accomodation, not value for money for USD $500 per night, bottled water was not topped up after daily room cleaning

The two gentlemen DJ and Gayland were fantastic desk personnel. The were friendly, helpful, and funny!
Pros:

Very pretty and location was great.

Cons:

Bathtub and shower were small. The tub curves and is a little uncomfortable to stand in.

Red Roof experience but Westins price and to top it off bad customer service!
Pros:

I stayed there and the comforter on the bed had lint balls all over it. The lint balls were on both beds. It was clear that it was not inspected by a housekeeping manager! My friend said he was itching the next morning, and I reminded him how the comforter was. We bought it to the manager’s attention, and she accepted fault after looking at the picture however, offered she a $25 discount which is not even tax on those expensive rooms or an upgrade if we stayed again! There was no apology from the manager, but it was from the young lady at the service desk. We got treated with a Red roof experience but, a Westins price.

Pros:

It was at town center and my room was clean. Front desk was very helpful.

Cons:

The pool was not heated very well. My kids did not stay in very long. There was another guest who told us they contacted front desk and someone was supposed to fix it. We didn’t go back to check.

Hoping if stay again,will be more accommodating and comfortable

Nice,quiet and clean

Cons:

I didn’t like being on 14th floor.No one else were on floor but me.The doors didn’t seem to be very secure.The 14th floor felt like creepy and it wasn’t comfortable the bed was not I am use to whenever I stayed at this hotel.My thoughts about a guest their,because books through booking.com.I wasn’t impressed.
