Cons:

Very poor check in experience. Coordination between booking.com and hotel is pathetic. Resulted in demand of additional money at hotel and denial of breakfast. Very poor behaviour of check in staff and check in manager especially with the family. Was embarrassed time and again for giving extra money for no reason.

The hotel had some issues with hot water in the bathroom, but once reported, they sorted it out for us.

Pros:

I was double Charged , one from bookings.com and again at the hotel on my credit card. No one was willing to listen when I was explaining the fact that I am getting double charged

it didnt meet standards of a five star hotel
Pros:

rooms were clean hotel looked fine

Cons:

The hotel didnt not have heating on even though the temperature was below 8 degrees.My repeated requests met with a response that I should just turn off the air conditioning to get warm.
The lobby and restaurants were well heated but the rooms were freezing.
I assumed that the hotel was empty and thats why they were trying to save on heating. However I found that the hotel was sold out but they refused to put on the heating.
