Wasteful experience and will never come back agai

Cons:

Hygiene, food cafe had cockroach on the table, the tap in the bathroom was shaking.. too much noise from other room TV. While paying money is not an issue, one should get value for it. Yoi charge 400 Rs. For a coke can but service and environment is exceptionally poor. The entire hotel needs cleaning and repair

Very Poor
Cons:

Very poor check in experience. Coordination between booking.com and hotel is pathetic. Resulted in demand of additional money at hotel and denial of breakfast. Very poor behaviour of check in staff and check in manager especially with the family. Was embarrassed time and again for giving extra money for no reason.
