Bed a little small
The staff were very friendly and helpful, i couldn't fault them, the breakfast and community ares were fine clean and well serviced breakfast was just what you need when using this type of hotel most things seemed to be of good quality tasty and readily available.. the room was not to noisy sheets and pillows were clean and crisp the air conditioning worked well and was easy to set up
The beds were a little on the hard side but I slept well enough. There was no plug in the bathroom washbasin which was a slight annoyance, the shower was good functioned well but the main control knob was loose and fell off before we left, it was easily replaced but was still not secure. The room itself was about ready for a bit of renovation and a thorough deep clean although the cleaning staff did a good job with general cleaning. The eggs in the breakfast left a little to be desired but the rest was fine

It was nice clean and tidy
The air conditioning and the heating was not working I reported it at the reception all they said was there is an oil filed radiator in there if not they will give me one but there was two in there but for paying £480 you would’ve fought they would’ve fixed it. That is the only problem I had which I think is not good enough.
