It was unfortunate that they had appliances issues and we were unable to get an evening meal

The room had everything you would need. Good space in the bedroom and bathroom.
There was some road noise but that can’t be helped, unless better double glazing is possible.
It was hot and the AC didn't work and one of the rooms we had did not have a fan and when asked for one, we were told there were none left. Not good.
It’s very close to Stansted airport. The room was big. It has aircondition which was very good as we were in the UK during extreme heat situations.
The breakfast was very below standards. As we were in another Holiday Inn Express before this one, the comparison was very obvious. We couldn’t find anything tasty to eat.
In our bathroom the sink was broken and was painted to cover it. Obviously it didn’t help the outcome. The paint was all over us while using the sink and it was very uncomfortable.
Bed comfy. Sheets clean. Should add a sheet & not just the duvet.
The breakfast. Absolutely disgusting. The lighting in the room was very dark.

Air con wasn’t working.
Good and consistent breakfast but coffee from machine was awful. Bar prices, especially spirit prices expensive. Room was good and bed very comfortable, however, fittings and linen were getting a bit tired. Would stay again.
The staff were helpful
The air con was broken and was not informed until we asked at reception. The TV did not work and the window did not open.
They accommodated our needs. Shower was perfect.
Needed a socket near the bed for a CPAP machine.

Room Aircon was broken on the hottest night of the year. The corridor was cooler
Second time being here within a month apart and both times been put in a room downstairs with no air conditioning was told they would reset this but nothing worked so we left and checked in elsewhere
Location is good and layout and found the hotel to be in excellent clean condition
