Not worth the money
Pros:

The venue was lovely for a wedding and the outside courtyard seating area was nice.

Cons:

The rooms need fridges with bottled water at least most hotels have this.
The water machine was out of water a number of times so we couldn't even get cold fresh water.
The kids from the prom were stealing alcohol from our wedding party.
Prom kids running up and down corridors and clapping and being noisy at 2.30am.
And they were throwing up in toilets on the floor.
This spoilt our trip completely added to the fact they kept us awake being so noisy.

Clean, comfy room
Pros:

Comfy bed in nice big clean room. Good out door space. Very convenient location.

Cons:

We were not told until after booking our non refundable room that the dog charge is £25/dog and they only accept 2 small dogs. They did allow us to bring our 2 medium dogs but a watch point to be aware of

Awful experience.
Pros:

No parking spaces available so went to reception to speak to someone. The hotel was packed with people and was very noisy, I think there was somekind of conference being held. I had a small dog so do not feel that it was dog friendly. The receptionist was very unhelpful. As I had 1 hr to cancel my booking for free I decided to cancel and therefore did not stay, having to find another hotel at short notice.

Clean and the customer service was excellent!
Pros:

Nice place for getaways, events, spotless, and the staff’s are very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Too far from the city centre. I requested a double room, ended up staying in a twin room.

Nice getaway stay spot.
Pros:

Really liked our stay at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The dinner at the restaurant was good, and the breakfast had many very good options. The location is pretty, but it is a bit of a trek to Nottingham if you want to go somewhere with a bit of life. But this place is perfect for a getaway; the spa is nice, with a sauna and a steam room. It's also about an hour from Alton Towers, where we went.

Cons:

It was pretty decent overall. It's quite a large site, so if you have some walking issues, make sure to tell them that so you get a room nearer the dining hall/spa facilities. Other than that, it was a good spot.

Pros:

The staff were friendly, nice and efficient.
Food was good. Leisure facilities were good

Cons:

The only complaint was noisey people in nearby rooms. I could hear someone snoring. I know that is it not directly the hotels fault, but I feel that the walls were very thin
