It was convenient and comfortable.

Cons:

Seemed short of staff - had to wait to book into accommodation a long time. Had pre-booked for an evening meal - when went to restaurant and as I had an allergy was told to sit outside to use their tablet to check the ingredients of each menu item I was interested in, which I felt was very rude and unprofessional and I felt quite embarrassed. Even doing this I found my allergy was not listed and it would have been easier to ask the Chef what I could have. Although having said that one waitress who had tried to help fled in tears after asking Chef for information. He/she found it difficult to offer a garlic free meal.

It was ok but the inability for the children to use the pool made it an average stay.
Pros:

The location was good for us and the breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The fact that the children were only allowed to use the swimming pool for a couple of hours at the weekend and the times did not fit with the time we were there was very disappointing. I booked this hotel as it had a pool. I was very unhappy when I saw the small print about children using it.
We had dinner in the restaurant but two of the meals had been forgotten. When I told them we hadn’t received the meals they still took a while to bring them out and then the whole order was sent again. No apology!

Pros:

The staff were exemplary. I needed ice for a sprained knee and it was brought quickly as well as offer of a wheelchair.
Also dinner in our room was brought efficiently, tasted good and staff very professional and friendly.
