Great for a relaxing stay
Pros:

Great hotel with friendly staff, well resourced leisure club and relaxing vibe, including a games room. Restaurant food was well priced and good quality

Cons:

Heating in the room was too high. Managed to turn off the heat using the radiator TRV but the room was still too warm for a good sleep. The hotel is large so breakfast was a little chaotic at times

Pros:

The facilities all in one place. Although big it was quiet. Most staff were very polite, efficient and friendly.

Cons:

The leisure centre was not as clean as the rest of the hotel and there wasn’t a full complement of food. On both days elements were empty. Breakfast staff appeared exasperated and not happy. We had booked an upgrade but this was unavailable

Great overnight stay
Pros:

The staff, facilities and the food made this hotel stay a really good one
Great veggie/vegan options as well as standard menu
Clean, welcoming and great facilities

The staff we met around the hotel were all friendly and helpful (Brett on reception and Kirsty reception in the health club especially so)

Brilliant, friendly and efficient staff. Very dog friendly with excellent rooms
Pros:

Brilliant efficient and friendly staff. In addition, the dog friendly rooms at Eastwood Hall are an excellent standard unlike many hotels where you pay more for a pet friendly room and get sub standard accommodation.

The food in the restaurant is very good. All round this hotel is excellent value for money.

Good Mattress sagged a lot in the middle so wasn’t as comfy as we’d like

Breakfast was nice, did find some egg shell in a fried egg, also need some sort of 1 way system round the buffet as it’s mayhem without

Cons:

The pool area felt very small we had a 3 year old and I feel if the children are allowed between certain times they should have access to the full pool area, half the lockers didn’t lock or work.

Will definitely be back!
Pros:

The grounds are beautifully kept. Plenty of bins for rubbish and dog bags, which were emptied daily. Nice big rooms with comfy bed and seating area.

Cons:

The lighting to and from my car at night was not bright enough. Thankfully I had a torch.
