very sad experience because your guy at the front desk, also, my room was not clean but after 3 days
Cons:

The front desk supervisor, I believe his name is Richard. Very poor in education on how to behave and talk to customers. He interrupted me every time I was talking, he even yell at me in many instances

Todo limpio, el personal muy amable. Denny's está ubicado dentro del hotel es todo un éxito

Cons:

Las habitaciones con las ventanas selladas. No sé nada afuera y en la habitación se ve oscura la poca visibilidad. Además en la piscina deberían de poner música, igualmente en el casino.

Ruidos innecessrios. Desde las 7am en construcción sin avisarnos. Hasta las 9 30 am. Hacíendo ruidos fuerte no se puede descansar allí. En dos ocasiones llamé y nadie hizo nada. Pagar tanto par no poder fdescansar es injusto.

Deceived for what I paid. Rooms AC, bathroom and doors, etc terrible condition.
Pros:

I was not informed of BF. What I ate in the hotel I paid for it. It could had been better.

Nos quedamos en el hotel todo el tiempo ya que los precios en comida eran modicos y queriamos descansar , ademas los lugares que queriamos visitar estaban a walking distance Del hotel .

El ambiente muy familiar. El staff estuvo durante toda la estadía muy dispuestos a servir y de excelente ánimo.

Cons:

Su ambiente familiar, limpieza y opciones de alternativas de entretenimiento e ambiente tranquilo!! Aunque no los visitamos, teníamos la opción de trasladarenos al Hotel cercano (Borinquen) a disfrutar de sus instalaciones, ya que son de los mismos propietarios. Eso es bueno!!
