Very clean and so welcoming

Cons:

Parking on weekends is imposible park and I was a guess and I couldn’t find a parking spot after 7pm we had to wait form more that 30 minutes

I was looking for a pleasant place to stay in Aguadilla and I found it.
Pros:

Quiet ambiance, spacious room , Denny’s restaurant 24 hours. And a very attentive personnel.

Frustrated!!!
Pros:

The property was in the process of remodeling and we reserve with out been notified. Swimming pool for kids area was unable to use and with all this no one said sorry for the inconvenience even no signs or apology.

Cons:

We’ve been visiting this hotel for a long time and we might consider next time others in the area. Parking for guest is so expensive (charge every day). I don’t think is a fair deal in comparison with other hotels in the area. We were with the all family to enjoy a nice wedding and of course the stay but it was very sad.🥲

Had all the facilities in condition to enjoy the stay which was not the case. Very dissapointed!!
Pros:

It was in remodeling status and there was not a previous notification. Kids swimming pool was closed and my grandchild were very dissapointed. No discount was offered for the inconvenience and I think we has the option to select another better choice.
