I wish we could’ve booked a larger room to accommodate my whole family. For some reason the twin room showed that it would only fit two adults and no kids.

Pros:

location idéale pour qui désire profiter de la ville sans se prendre la tête : que vous désirez prendre le tramway (en face de la porte), le bus (le terminus est au coin de la rue) ou le train (la station est également au coin de la rue 😊) vous n’avez qu’à faire 2 pas, sans compter que vous serez à côté du marché et la vieille ville si vous avez simplement envie de flâner à pied. Le personnel est également là pour vous au moindre problème (merci au garçon qui étudie en urbanisme) ou pour vous orienter vers les bonnes ressources (merci à la personne qui m’a informé de l’autobus à prendre pour me rendre au ferry) ; merci également à la personne de la cafétéria qui m’a trouvé une tranche de pain 🤗 alors que j’étais descendu à la dernière minute pour le déjeuner et au personnel du ménage si consciencieux 🙂
Descendre à cet hôtel m’a permis d’apprécier pleinement Hakodate merci 😊

ideal location for those who want to enjoy the city without any hassle: whether you want to take the tram (opposite the door), the bus (the terminus is on the corner) or the train (the station is also on the corner 😊), you only have to take two steps. Plus, you'll be next to the market and the old town if you simply feel like strolling around. The staff are also there to help you with any problem (thanks to the young man who is studying urban planning) or to point you towards the right resources (thanks to the person who told me which bus to take to get to the ferry). Thanks also to the cafeteria staff who found me a slice of bread 🤗 when i came down at the last minute for breakfast, and to the very conscientious housekeeping staff 🙂
Staying at this hotel allowed me to fully appreciate Hakodate, thank you 😊

la seule chose qui m’a embêté est le manque de lumière naturelle dans la chambre car la fenêtre faisait face de très près à un mur de brique 😕 mais lorsque je l’ai mentionné à la réception on m’a offert de changer de chambre; j’ai vraiment apprécié la sollicitude du personnel 😊 Mis-à-part ça la chambre était vraiment bien insonorisée et le lit confortable, je dormais si bien que je manquais presque le petit déjeuner 😄

the only thing that bothered me was the lack of natural light in the room because the window faced a brick wall very closely 😕 but when i mentioned it at reception they offered to move me to another room; i really appreciated the staff's thoughtfulness 😊 apart from that, the room was really well soundproofed and the bed was comfortable, i slept so well that i almost missed breakfast every morning 😄

ロケーションも最高だったのと、他の似た感じのホテルよりもお部屋が広かった。また、朝食も十分おいしく、毎日違うスムージーがあるのがとても楽しみだった。（リンゴと柚子のスムージー、ほうれん草とマンゴーの豆乳スムージーなど）料金以上の心地の良い滞在で大満足でした。
