Horrible experience. Unprofessional staff.
Cons:

I experienced a serious security and privacy breach during my stay. Staff repeatedly attempted to enter my room while I was inside and within the valid checkout time. I opened the door multiple times to tell them directly that I was in a work meeting, yet they continued to disturb me. Later, they opened my door without consent and demanded ID, even threatening to call the police. This disrupted an important business call and created an unsafe, unprofessional environment. I cannot recommend this hotel based on this experience.

Staff was great! Only downfall was the room since it was very dirty.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. The Texas style waffles are a staple. The drink options for breakfast are perfect!

Cons:

The entrance of the lobby is clean. Our room was something else. The room was dirty. The pull out couch mattress had a big stain and fast food bags left under couch. One of the queen size mattress’s had a stain of coffee or chocolate milk. The elevator board was taped together. One of the side doors to enter hotel was broken with no sign saying it was broken.
