Disappointing for a Hampton Inn, have had better in Santa Rosa.
Pros:

The location was good and so was parking with a gas station across the street. The hot breakfast was mediocre for the cost.

Cons:

Although the room was clean, it was very outdated and needed upgrading to today's standards. Also disappointing, unlike all other hotels, we couldn't get connected to their wifi.

Pros:

Over priced pit of a hotel! And we were charged $75 for our dog.

Cons:

Tear it down and start over. Hampton Corporate, you should be embarrassed

We will stay again and have recommended.
Pros:

Easy access. Workout Room. Hot tub.
Comfy mattress and pillows. Exceptional breakfast.

Cons:

Our second stay, I notices long, dark hairs on the shower wall. The bathroom and room didnt look as well kept up as the room we had on the third floor several days prior.

Santa Rosa is a great place to stop on our way home. It's usually very comfortable.
Pros:

It's located in a good spot . Easy to get to once you've been there. Staff is always very nice.

Cons:

The "guts" of the hvac unit in there were spilling onto the floor. Very tacky looking!! You might want to put that back together.

It actually looked like the pictures everything was clean. It had an authentic hotel smell and awesome breakfast that my wife and daughter loved

Nice large rooms and amazing staff
Pros:

This is definitely one of the more high end locations to stay in Santa Rosa. Very friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable beds and well stocked breakfast.

We had some noisy neighbors upstairs having a parkour competition at night and the staff was able to quiet them down nicely and quickly too.

Cons:

The building itself has seen some wear and a definitely use some TLC. Boarded up door in the hall, floor divots, sagging wall paper etc.

Cons:

Not comparable to other Hampton Inns in the chain- needs work
Pros:

Not a 3 star hotel. Experience started at the front desk where we were greeted by a sign that said desk attendant was away. To her credit, she sprinted in from the parking lot within a minute of our arrival seeking of weed and red-eyed, but at least she was ok to deal with. Our room had crumbs and trash on the floor- apparently it was not vacuumed after previous checkout. Wallpaper was peeling or missing in spots. Ceiling was plastered and painted over in dated spots like a landlord special. No jot water in the showers whatsiever (waited over 10 minutes and the mattresses were stained and dirty- seems like they need replacing. If we had not been so tired we probably would have gone elsewhere but we were just there to sleep and leave. We travel as a family year round and have stayed in dozens of hotels across the country. I've seen worse hotels than this but Ai gave also seen much better. Management and ownership need to consider improving this place in the very immediate future for continued business.

Great halfway stopping point on our cross country trip to visit family. Definitely will stay again.
Pros:

Did not eat the breakfast. But they had good coffee available for those of us who departed early. Bed was super comfortable. Nice gym. Pool looked good, though we didn’t use it. Staff very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi was excellent.

Cons:

No real downside. At this price point, it’s an excellent value. Not many good dinner options other than fast food locally, but it’s in a really small town.
