Convenient location for Road trip stop
Pros:

The location was very convenient during my road trip home as it is off the main freeway and in a safe neighborhood. The hotel itself is under renovation which seems to be very random and unorganized. Hopefully it will be nice once the renovation is completed.

The room was nice and beds were comfortable. The hotel is being remodeled and the pool was closed.
Pros:

The Hampton Inn in Santa Rosa was being remodeled. We had two kids ages 6 and 4 and the big reason we booked this particular hotel was to have the kids swim in the pool upon arrival. The pool was closed. Not good! Plus this was not disclosed on your website. Not good!

No pool.

I guess it was the remodel and the elevator kept breaking down

Parking lot needs resurfacing - luggage on carts kept trying to fall off due to uneven parking lot surface. Only grassy area was signed to keep pets off. Undisclosed and inconsistent pet fees.

the bed was too high for my wife we had to use a step stool so she could get in the bed this is very common in most hotels we find but this bed seemed even higher than normal.
