Not worth the money.
Pros:

I was very excited to have a girlfriends weekend in a 5 star hotel. I don't feel like we got the value for what we paid for the room.

Cons:

We had to ask twice for things like extra towels, a pullout bed, etc. No one asked for our order in the pool we had to hunt people down.

The Keystone in the City of the Arch
Pros:

It is always a joy to return to the Four Seasons St. Louis with my family to celebrate the holidays. It is by far the best hotel in the city and has become a first choice destination because of the warm welcome, the countless thoughtful details the team has extended to us, the exceptional comfort of the rooms, and skill of the spa therapists.

The views of the Arch from the rooms are exactly what one dreams of and the concierge can assist with tickets and a tour. You can take a small elevator to the top where there is a viewing platform in the keystone of the arch.

Be sure to enjoy Ramsay Kitchen at the hotel for dinner at least one night, and the crab cake Benedict for breakfast. Book the spa early to secure your preferred treatment and time. It’s very much loved by the local community and is soon going to be completely renovated. You may order to have waiting for your family an in room amenity with the kids names and the arch made out of rice crispies or a local favorite, gooey butter cake.

For room choice, you likely want the Arch deluxe view or splurge for a corner suite with a view of Mississippi River.

The museums and even the incredible zoo are free of charge due to long standing endowments by the city’s founding families.

A heartfelt thank you to GM Oztok, who on Christmas Eve morning was there to support his team and welcome guests. This gave me a lesson to share with my children about true leadership. And gratitude to Karim, Front Desk Manager, who went out of his way multiple times to assist each of us. We cannot wait to return to our St. Louis home away from home!

Beyond and above expectations. A once in a lifetime experience for us for us.
Pros:

Absolutely wonderful. The place is beautiful the people are professional and very respectful. We arrived at the Four Seasons after a fine dinner with my brother Thomas, my Niece, Beverly and I. My niece dropped us off at the front door. We did not utilize the Valet for parking but they were ever so kind holding the doors open for us.
We went to the front desk. Ms YESHE BUNTOWIJAYA greeted us warmly. She introduced us to the night Manager Mr Luke Hutton.

We noticed a light in the living room was not working so we called for help. I looked at the plug, the cord and I could see nothing. The gentleman came immediately. I forgot his name. Please look him up and thank him for us. He was new to Four Seasons. He will be a wonderful asset here.

We returned to our room.
Bev was exhausted from the travel. She kicked off her shoes and laid on top of the bed. She was out like a light.
I relaxed writing notes then went to get ready for Bed. I washed up in a bathroom that was perfect for the handicap. I put on a very thick robe the hotel provides.
The Bed was wonderful, perfect in every way. Sleep must have been fantastic if I judge by my bed head …flat in one place.

We woke up knowing it was the day of the party.
A great Hot shower!

And off we went for a relaxing breakfast.
Once in Gordon Ramsey restaurant we were overwhelmed. Juljan was our server and was absolutely professional ,friendly, and had a great sense of humor. Daniel was so very kind welcoming us here. She knew I loved the orange juice and got me a second one. Bev was thrilled with the breakfast. She could only eat a bit of it. I loved the Honey on toast. Hope stopped by our table to join in the laughter and smiles. She let us know she would be at the party that night.

We looked around the hotel again finding the Spa as well as the ball room. Where to go and if there is room. My ADHD kicks in when there is an unknown. It was being prepared for the party so we did not stay long but long enough to know we were informed a special treat.

Once at the Party on the 6th floor Hope saw us and came right over to us to say hello. That was so nice of her to remember us from Breakfast and go out of her way to see us.
We looked around the hotel finding the restaurant for breakfast, and the Spa as well as the ball room.

I do hope we earned the respect and kindness that everyone treated us with. We felt like family.

Comfortable
Pros:

Good location for Gateway Arch and downtown. Bed was very comfortable. All in all an enjoyable stay

Cons:

Changing elevators to get to the room was more annoying that expected! Road noise beside pool was noticeable but not too much of an issue

decisamente meno curato dei FS in asia....

Pros:

The views from the pool were great as well as the access to the Spa with the whirlpool. Restaurant experience was underwhelming for a very nice hotel but it was kind of convenient although service was NOT fast or attentive. The room did have a comfortable bed. First room had a bath tub that was not working properly and maintenance came and tried to fix it and could not, so I was switched to a suite to "compensate". The suite had a special view and a working bathtub. The experience overall was pretty good. Thanks.

Not what you’d expect of Four Seasons
Pros:

The bedrooms and bathrooms are tired and typical of outdated US hotels needing some tlc.

Staff were great though and the food good too. Albeit paying $60 a day for breakfast is a bit mad.

The Gordon Ramsey restaurant was okay but like lots of his places, the menu was naff and the wine list worse. How he manages to keep open is beyond me.

Annoyingly, guests were unable to go to the pool area from the floor the pool is on. Bizarrely you had to go down to the 7th floor and back up stairs to the 8th. Someone needs to get some common sense and think that one over, again.
