This was my favorite hotel in Colorado, new management and the most recent Hilton money grab has led me to leave. I have stayed at this same hotel over 100 times in 15 years, maybe more. Location is great, but the costs have sky-rocketed. Now over 435-400 PLUS Dollars. Another convention coming and there old customers mean nothing. Management totally blew me off so I canceled. Went up the road and got the rooms for 200 dollars less. Hilton is doing thins all around the country.

I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi and informed the front desk, but they barely reacted. In the end, I had to go down there myself and show them the issue just to get a solution.
This was honestly the worst service I've ever experienced in my life. It was terrible. I would never want to visit this place again—it completely ruined what should have been a perfect Colorado trip.

We were pleased with all aspects of this Hampton Inn—spacious room, comfortable bed, great shower, and fantastic breakfast!

We loved every minute of it.
The view of the mountains was beautiful. The breakfast was very good and loved the hot tub.
I had problems connecting with the internet but it was quickly solved.
