Horrific
Pros:

Nothing they were awful

Cons:

They lied and said they didn’t have a pool available and then when I tried to talk to them about my reservation, they wouldn’t give me an answer and I’m pretty sure they also tried to charge me which I need to still call your guys Customer Service and look into

Pros:

I paid an extra $15 for free breakfast. While trying to get breakfast the waitress told me to pay for breakfast because I didn’t have a coupon

The waitress at breakfast could have been more considerate about not having a coupon I paid for

Overall it was a good stay

Room 118
The shower head in my bathroom didn’t work and the tub was peeling
The shower gel and the hand soap needs to be swapped
We thought we didn’t have hand soap but it was in the shower
I did like having a desk and chair on wheels. I was able to get work done.

This was my second day here and I think every time I come to Connecticut, I will stay at this hotel, nice clean, friendly staff

The room was nice and clean

Cons:

The lad running the front desk was sleeping in a booth when we got there. We waited almost 45 minutes to check in. She couldn’t figure out what she was doing and gave me attitude and was very rude and unprofessional. She kept her hood on the entire time and didn’t look up at me once. It was a very unpleasant experience and I don’t think I will be staying with you guys again. Please have better people running the front desk that doesn’t make customers feel uncomfortable for waking her up to check into the hotel.
