One of the worst hotel experiences of my entire life -- and I've had some bad ones!
Pros:

JoJo on reception went out of her way to fix the problem with my reservation -- she spent a long time trying to find an available room for me, and even cleaned a room because the housekeeper had already left.

Cons:

My reservation was totally screwed up and there was no room available for me. To make matters worse, the hotel's reservation system hadn't been updated properly, so the receptionist (JoJo, who was very nice) had no idea which rooms were occupied. After a lengthy wait of about 45 minutes to get a room, JoJo eventually gave me the key to a supposedly-vacant room, but when I opened the door, there was a guy in the room already!

Eventually JoJo gave me the key to an empty room that she said she would have to clean herself, and I left for a dinner appointment without actually ever getting into my room.

The next day, someone (I assume housekeeping?) tried to enter the room early -- fortunately I had put the deadlock on the door, but the person yelled at me very rudely that I shouldn't be in there. A little while later, the phone in the room rang, I was yelled at again that I shouldn't be in the room and needed to leave immediately, otherwise the police would be called! I told them that JoJo had put me in the room and that I had a reservation, but the woman on the phone was adamant that I needed to come down to the reception to sort the situation out. I was still in bed at this point, so eventually I hung up in frustration.

The extremely rude woman called back a few minutes later, and we had another similarly heated conversation in which she aggressively told me that I had to get out of a room that I had paid almost $100 for! I told her I would be out by the checkout time of 11am.

I was planning to complain to this extremely obnoxious staff member on the way out of the hotel, but there was a guy on reception who clearly wasn't who had been rude and he was already dealing with several other guests, so I just tossed my keycard in the basket and left, glad that I was finally getting out of this hellhole of a hotel forever.

A decent budget stay if you bring everything with you
Pros:

If you’re not looking for something high end, this one is for you. The bed was comfortable. Pretty clean.

Cons:

The bathroom was clogged. The staff didn’t have any shampoo, so make sure you bring everything with you. Even though the kitchen is provided, there are no utensils or plates or pots and pans. The rooms are old but was okay for one night.

Location, that’s it. Nothing else.

Cons:

It’s dirty, my room had post smoking smell in bathroom. No napkins, coffee pots, plastic or paper cups, plastic bag, nothing. Thank god they had TV internet. Toilet paper and microwave. No shampoo or conditioner , only little soap. I shower with my body shampoo I had with me in the car.

Overworked staff, not cleaned, delayed check in and check out.
Cons:

The check in was delayed as they didn't have rooms available. I was charged twice. Our room had not been cleaned and had been smoked in despite getting a non-smoking room. There was hair on the bed, a full garbage, and the staff yelled at us when we tried to check out in the morning.

Pros:

It was good on scale 6 out of 10 it just needs more stuff that comes with the room like a breakfast or something and have coffee makers in the room as well as per extra pillows or bed sheets and blankets they did not have enough to had out to the guest but as far as the Help at the front desk not a problem with it

Horrible experience. Wish I could have gotten my money back to be honest.

No staff after 6pm … keys constantly not working, people locked out of their rooms, cops having to come. Overall bad experience. Everyone staying their last weekend should get a voucher for a free night stay for what we went through. Not cool.
